Delicious wood fired pizza 5/5. Pizza taste was too good . Loved it ☺️. We customized it with two varieties. Great option as they provide only a Large 16″ pizza. Visiting for the first time and we will back. Definitely one of the finest pizzas in the Atlanta area, located in Johns Creek.

The quality of the pizza was great and it came out real quick. I didnt know about this place until recently but in my opinion its one of the best for pizza in Johns Creek and will definitely visit again. In addition, the owner was extremely nice and service was great and the gelato was also a plus.

Our experience at Napoli Pizza was phenomenal. The owner and the workers were very generous and kind with our big group of 8 people. Winston was a great employee and he made our time even better. We will be coming back

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience.
I ordered two pizzas and waited over an hour for pickup. When I arrived, the owner casually mentioned, “My son made it, so it might not be perfect,” which already made me uneasy. I saw his son and some friends training in the back.
When I got home and opened the boxes, I was shocked. Both pizzas were severely burnt in multiple areas, toppings were uneven, cheese was poorly melted, and overall looked like a failed experiment—not something that should ever be sold to a paying customer, let alone for $56.
It was clear that these pizzas should have never left the kitchen. If this was a training session, they should not have charged full price—or served it at all.
Very disappointed in the lack of quality and responsibility. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and doesn’t serve “practice” food to real customers again.

Napoli 1Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza spots in Johns Creek! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the sauce is flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the quality is consistently top-tier. If you love real, authentic-tasting pizza, Napoli 1 Pizza is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Amazing service and ambiance. The interior decor was warm and inviting and the staff even more so. The first time I went visited they treated me like family. They have a great selection of items and I’ve gone back for their margarita pizza multiple times. Probably the best pizza spot in John’s Creek for me I highly recommend!

Not a great experience. Ordered and was told 15 minutes for pizza. 35 minutes later, still no pizza. Not busy at all. Only 3 tables with people and 2 already had their pizza. I overheard the cooks complaining about all of the take out orders. So apparently, take out takes precidence over dine in. Dine in is nothing special, picnic table seating. After a 45 minute wait, finally got our pizza. I was not happy at all that I had to eat it while driving because it took so long to get the pizza and I had to leave to go pick up someone. Pizza really was bland. It didn’t have much flavor to it at all. Also, the crust was strange. Some bites were like normal pizza crust. Other bites were like there was wax paper in the dough? And, no I made sure the pizza wasn’t stuck to the paper inside the box. Very strange. Needless to say we will not be back. It was a waste of $30 for 1 pizza! Go elsewhere. There’s a Mellow Mushroom across the street. We would have gone there to start with, but a high school team bus pulled in and unloaded when we pulled up, so we thought we would go elsewhere and get quicker service . Wish we had stayed with the bus load of people.
Edit: Rush of people?? As my review stated, the place was almost empty. There were only 3 others tables with people and 2 already had their food. Nothing to do with any rush of people.

We came in on a Thursday night and the place was empty which I don’t understand because the pizza was delicious! It is traditional Italian pizza comparable to Antico’s Pizza. If you are looking for American style pizza this is not the place for you.
I wish they did more marketing because we have driven by it plenty of times and we didn’t even know it was there.

Napoli Pizza brings a true taste of Italy to town! The crust is thin and perfectly charred, just like you’d find in Naples. The Margherita pizza is my absolute favorite—fresh basil, rich tomato sauce, and creamy mozzarella. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients.

The best wood-fire oven pizza!!!
I usually don’t eat pizza crust, but today, I finished all the crust. I love the wood-fire oven flavor. The staff were very kind and friendly. All the ingredients looked fresh, and the kitchen was clean. I love that part. I don’t need to say about the atmosphere. It’s just so comfortable. Next time, I’m going to try pistachio cream pie.
