Met some friends for lunch and I had the Cubano Panini with sweet potato fries with a delicious maple dipping sauce that was absolutely delicious. Staff was very attentive and courteous.

Food was really good, a little pricey too be honest ($75 for Brussel sprouts, a panini, a pork sandwich and two drinks). Brussel sprouts were delicious. Service was honestly pretty terrible. Arrival around 6:45, wasn’t super busy when we got a table 10 minutes later. Took forever to get our food, as in at least an hour, could have been longer, our server while nice was not very attentive and never asked if we needed anything, only got refills when we flagged him down to ask and he only updated us on the food wait when we gave death glares. Comped our first drinks which was nice but honestly should have comped more than that.

The best tasting burgers and sandwiches ever. They have a very unique offering of sandwiches, burgers and salads. It was hard to decide which to try. I had the Spicey South sandwich with grilled chicken, it was awesome. My friend had the scratch burger and it was just as tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal that you would not find at a regular burger place. Service was quick and super friendly and the chef even came out and thanked us. There is also a diverse menu of cocktails that looked very appealing. And a nice outdoor eating area as well.

We make sure to plan our trips up north and down South to include a stop in Mooresville so we can go to Scratch! The food is delicious – from super fresh salads to thoughtful sandwiches and flatbreads . The service is even better – we feel welcome even when we come in late in the day. Thank you Troy for your kindness and hospitalty! The bar looks really fun but since we are on the road, we don’t get the creative cocktails but they look great!

Thank you management for switching to Coke products!! Admittedly, I have chosen to not eat here in the past just because of the drink selection. My husband and I shared the enormous serving of truffle fries… which were even more savory with my Diet Coke. Yay! Hubby always enjoys their offerings of cold craft beer, tonight’s winner was the Freestyle Belgian. Troy is the best server. All of his recommendations were delicious, he paced our apps and entrees, he kept an eye on our beverages and he was such a pleasant conversationalist. We arrived around 6:30 and had our choice of seating, but within an hour the restaurant was packed. Good, casual vibe, great food & drinks and outstanding service. Thanks again Scratch Kitchen for an unexpectedly nice experience!
