Placed an online order for delivery which took almost 2 hours instead of the 45 min window on receipt. While checking the online tracking I seen that 3 different DoorDash drivers attempted to pick up order and only the last driver was successful. Once delivered, the driver told me they were having problems at this store. Then I noticed that this store didn’t even make the correct order. I ordered a custom pizza and a fanceroni pep plus 2 other items and received 2 hot n ready pizzas instead! Of course the kids still ate it but I guess I should’ve cooked instead of being lazy smh. Could’ve saved some money.

Idk who cut these or who made these but they did a terrible job. Looks like they were cut by a stroke victim. Big fat parts all doughy inside. Long skinny narrow pieces were hard as a brick. Got at the store about 10 till 10:00 and was told they were not making any more pizza for the night, because they were closing in an hour. There was two gals on duty and they were both on their cell phones doing nothing. I stood there for about 3 or 4 minutes, before I was even acknowledged. The store looked like it had already been cleaned up, so they were just basically doing nothing, for the last hour they were there. Every time I think this store is improving something dumb like this happens, shame on me for giving this place so many chances. Smh. Disappointment Express is what this place is! Just going to stop buying from this location all together. Waste of . Waste of time. Left feeling kind of cheated, and couldn’t enjoy what I was able to purchase. You all can do better than this!! Smh …

From the moment I stepped foot in this establishment, I knew it was going to be unpleasant. Now I can understand when places get busy, but customer service is everything. I kindly let the woman know I wanted to order since everyone else was waiting for door dash.
She said I’m dealing with other customers give me a minute. So I ordered she tells me it’s going to be a 45 minute wait. Fine I left came back. And she said it’s going to be ten minutes they haven’t even started cooking my order yet. I understand that they are busy but when I wait a hour for this. Then when I ask for crush red pepper and Parmesan she tells me they stopped giving away free stuff. I will never come back to this location, and I advise anyone who works hard for their money don’t come here either.

Go ahead and just shut it down. Whatever is considered a level below Little Caesars is too good for this location. Consistently poor experience. I decided to try this location again this week. Ordered online a simple 2 pizza and crazy bread for ASAP approx 30 to 35 minutes out. Walk in at 30 minutes and several minutes later was finally told is coming out of the oven soon. Within the next ten minutes I see my pizza come out and cut, but it just sits back there on a table in the boxes (not in the warmer) while waiting on the bread. Finally at the ONE HOUR MARK instead of getting out new bread she grabs bread from the hot and ready section they had been sitting there since before I arrived, so basically my pizza sat there on a table getting cold for twenty minutes waiting on literally nothing. And then at the point the worker brings out my pizza calls my name and I confirm it is me. He is standing there talking to me with my order handing it to me literally inches from my hand and then proceeds to retreat and put my order back into the warmer for the first time and walks back to whatever else and doesn’t say another word to me. Amd this is all during the normal evening dinner peak time on a normal Saturday but they are barely making anything with any speed, and basically telling anyone that walks in they “aren’t really taking in person orders right now” and it would be over an hour if they did (and the hot and ready has nothing other than the old crazy bread from hours ago)

I never got the food. I ordered online 15 minutes before I arrived at the store. And waited in the lobby another 30 to 45 minutes amidst a crowd of people who had also been waiting longer than me. I don’t think this is the fault of the staff. I think this is the fault of management for improper staffing, probably for low pay, and probably all of this lies at the feet of the regional director of Little Caesars. It’s poor management and franchises as poorly managed deserve to go out of business after they find employees other, better jobs.

This location if you want to nap in the parking lot.. This is your place. Can’t keep workers.. The one worker who is their all the time will ignore the front to even take a order. So it might be fresh butttt you wait 50 years to get it. Pray over your food Transmute everything..

This place has really crappy customer service I sat in the lobby for a while waiting for someone to help, and they keep looking up here but no one has came yet. I ordered my food ONLINE for 8:30 pickup and it still wasn’t ready after 15 minutes. They are always rude here an unprofessional. I don’t come to little ceaser for the quality of the food, I come here for the time efficiency

I ordered a stuffed crust with pepperoni as shown on label of pizza box. Instead I received a regular crust drenched with banana peppers, pineapple and pepperoni. I was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered the phone. I’m home with a newborn and can’t leave the house this late to get a new pizza. Insane that people are so lazy or under staffed that they can’t put the right pizza in the right box or even pick up the phone. Really annoyed. Not to mention the cheese isn’t even melted and the pizza was cold. Never ordering here again, I’ll go to a different location.

I would LOVE to say I got to order food and eat it but this place cant even answer their phone to take my order because I wanted jalapeño on my cheesey bread the call center couldnt do that for me so I had to talk to the actual store who never answered (It takes 1 minute to take a order so it dont matter how busy they were).

I’ve sat in here for 35 mins watched two employees in the back talk, joke and laugh and not once check the front counter. There are several customers coming in and leaving. Poor customer service! Even if they are behind/understaffed speak up and let the customers know that! If my food wasn’t already paid for I would’ve left.
