2nd time in a row that I’ve had poor service at this location. Tacos are so soggy I had to cut them up and eat it as a salad instead. 2nd time in a row that I’ve paid $4.50 for a drink and again didn’t get it delivered. Will definitely be going to Pancheros moving forward. Much better quality of food and they don’t make you pay for drinks to just never obtain your purchase.

The place was dark at mid-afternoon with greasy fingerprints on many surfaces. The food containers were empty or nearly so and what food was on display looked like it had been sitting in the steel containers for a good while. No one greeted me after several minutes of standing at the counter. I left this Clive Chipotle restaurant without making a purchase. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to having a meal at this newer location. I see that this restaurant has many mediocre or negative reviews. My experience mirrors what many others have reported. The manager(s) of this Chipotle location need to take this feedback seriously. The restaurant review software wouldn’t let me post unless I answered all questions — so by “take out” I mean I took myself OUT of this situation without a purchase.

I came here a few days ago, and I was really disappointed with how little food I received. I ordered a bowl, but it was barely filled—maybe a quarter of what it should’ve been. I told the workers they needed to restock the chicken, steak, and beans because everything was out, but they just looked at me and said they didn’t know what to do.
The person serving me gave such a small portion that I had to ask why my bowl looked that way. Instead of fixing it, he just stared at me like my concern didn’t matter. I ended up taking the food and leaving, but I wasn’t pleased at all. I regret not walking out and leaving the food there.
I’m still upset about the $14 I spent here. The environment was horrible I literally found myself telling the workers how to do their job, like I was the manager. They were out of everything, and instead of replacing the items, they just stood around talking and ignoring customers. The customer service was awful, and the whole experience was truly disappointing.
I feel like I was scammed. I paid $14 for something so small that I wasn’t even full I had to go buy more food afterward. No one expects to leave Chipotle hungry, especially after ordering a bowl. It was honestly very disappointing. Do better and I need my money back

The food is what I would expect at a large chain fast casual. Nothing special. But was prepared adequately. The service of the cashier, that really stood out to me. I think her name is Olesya. Really a quality interaction. It is staff like her that make the experience, anything other than an expected, mediocre experience.

First time at this location and I have to say whole side the inside is small, the team did a really great job at keeping everything clean and neat. Even the food area was super clean and I’ve been to some chipotles in the area where you cannot say that! Also my food was made and handled with care they really have some great employees there!

First, we waited for the rice to finish cooking (no problem). However then we were told they were out of pinto and black beans, fajita vegetables and finally cheese. I then said you cannot fulfill my order so we left. Not sure what the 10 people behind us were going to order. Also, all the tables were dirty. We arrived at 5:30 PM so no options for dinner for others. Staff didn’t seem to even care. Just less customers to serve when people started to leave.

Placed an order for drive through pickup. When I drove back to where I would be eating my meal. There were ingredients on the meal I had requested not be on there and the ingredients I paid extra for were not on the meal. It was a complete was of a $20 burrito bowl. Came to this location on 1/25/26 at 8:45pm, immediately came in to dirty looks, three boys and one girl on staff. the girl says “looks like we won’t be leaving until 10” and everyone groaned as if there wasn’t an hour 15 left to close. The boys then reluctantly juggled who was to make my order ignoring another customer who also walked in. Rude staff, and obviously no qualifications to work. Won’t come back and don’t recommend anyone to go either.

I ordered for pick up one time and asked for a chicken burrito. However, they gave me steak. I decided to give them a second chance and ordered a chicken burrito again through doordash and I got a steak burrito. I will never order from this location again.
