My brother and I decided to have something totally different this evening, I had a large blizzard Oreo cookies and creams wow the Jose the cashier was helpful very pleasant and professional as well, this location is very nice convenience for me to visit more frequently . The restroom was very clean Over all .

First time visiting this location. Used drive thru and employee did not even acknowledge as he opened window instead he proceeded to have a conversation with another employee while cursing as he was taking my payment. I could’ve cared less as long as they had my order right. I’ve been having blizzards since my teenage years and not once have a i had the ice cream melting the way this one did, (maybe it was over spun) plus it had more candy than ice cream, as good as more candy sounds it does not taste good when the ice cream ratio is less. So disappointed. Could not even finish it. Tried to upload a video but only photos are allowed.

So we got there at 8:30pm. The cashier was already sweeping and didn’t look happy when we entered the restaurant. Me and my son wanted to have a quick bite in there but she said they were already closing. That the lobby closed at 8:50pm. So we had to get our food to go. I didn’t insist because she didn’t say we could eat there she said to go. Plus it seems like the kitchen person had the same urgency as her to close because my Texans toast was soggy and not toasted at all. Worst experience. Money throw away. It would have been cheaper at McDonald’s but o well too late for that. Not going there again. And if someone wants to dine in get there at 7pm the latest or they might try to throw you out.

if i could give 0 stars i would. the service i got today was unacceptable. i ordered on the app with my name and as soon as i pulled up to the
window, the lady just had a weird look on her face and when i told her my name, she said she didn’t have it. my order was clearly placed and i had my order confirmation too. he argued with me and was very rude and tried to not give me my order. finally he gave it to me after arguing… IT WAS RIGHT UNDER THE COUNTER. completely unprofessional and poorly run.

The guy in the blue shirt at work was rude and acted like he didn’t understand me on my order. General Manager did come check up on me and was Greatful that she did, however the rudeness wasn’t necessary….

I went through the drive thru today wanting some simple large cheese fries. The Hispanic lady in the mic says we don’t have that and I respond yes you do I’ve ordered it here and other places. She then asks so I want the cheese in the side or on top. I explain in top. Wait in the line for literally 10 mins come to window for her to hand me some small fries and small dipping container. Another guy comes up I’m assuming the manager and proceeds to tell me the don’t have a container for it. Yes you do the same container as the chili fries. They were like no they don’t do this. How? So I leave and go to the other location on 2234 who as soon as I ordered said ok pull forward. Point of this story… customer is always right!

Never coming back to this particular dq, first visit the man behind the drive thru was not very nice. Second visit, ignoring the rude service, i asked for a plain cone, and to my surprise the cone had paper inside the cone. It seems to me they left the paper of another cone inside my cone.

This has to be one of the worst run fast food places in America. They can not handle a dinner rush or a Sunday evening shake & blizzard rush. Poor girl at the drive through window was so incompetent. I saw who i guess is the manager walking back and forth on his cell phone. Maybe trying to call in someone to help? Maybe, but while we waited 30 minutes in the drive through i saw a young man in the kitchen (when i got to the window) but he just hustled about for a minute and then left. Anyone in food service would be embarrassed by how this place is run. Anyone in food service would also know that when it gets busy and you are in the weeds, you just bust you arse, the whole team does, and get it done! You will have return customers that way. This way? They should shut it down. Do better, get a proper manager who can train the staff. Get staff who will be willing to work alongside you not just for you.

ASKED FOR A JR burger and asked what it came with, and they stated that it had mustard, and I clearly asked for no mustard, please.
I get home, and not only do they put on one side but also on the other side. I called the store to speak with the manager, and the PERSON THAT ANSWERED could barely speak english and SAID NO MANAGERS, NO ONE HERE BYE, BYE, BYE…
CALLED AGAIN AND they answered and then hung up!!!!
Horrible service! The dining area closed due to Covid, and the drive-thru attendant gave us the dipped cone without any gloves and chocolate dripping all over. My straw was all dirty of chocolate!! I think that young girl was high. I ordered a strawberry Sunday and I asked her, may I have some peanuts, thought they still added them like in the past and I guess she couldn’t comprehend my question that she had to call a manager to tell me that is was i think around 26 cents more… the charge is not the issue, It was their lack of speedness for it being a fast food joint. Hamburger was packed so dirty, all of the mustard was in the wrapping. I’m never going to this DQ again.

Went here today for a cool treat. We purchased dupes ice cream cones and a blizzard. Well by the time they passed them through the window they were melting. The chocolate had not harden. It was dripping. To top it off the ice cream itself was extremely soft. Very disappointing experience.
