Really disappointed with my experience here. The employees had tubs of ice cream just sitting out on the countertops instead of keeping them in the freezer. I’m guessing it’s to make scooping easier, but that’s no excuse — there were flies hovering over the ice cream. It’s unhygienic and honestly kind of gross. Definitely not what I expect when going out for a treat.

My favorite ice cream shop! The store is exceptionally clean, bright, and smells sweet with all their yummy ingredients waiting to be added to creations. The ladies that helped us were very inviting, attentive, adorable and accommodating.
The lighter color ice cream was mine called “coffee lovers” it isn’t pictured on the wall just on the glass by the bulk ice cream selection. it’s the best. I subbed out heath candy for kitKat this time.
The chocolate ice cream was my MILs choice called “chocolate devotion” and man was that thing incredible! My next choice I think.

The line is rediculous there’s only 3 people working and what happened to greeting people that come through the door . On top of that they don’t sing anymore thats the reason I brought people to the establishment this place has gone downhill since the last time

Monica L needs to learn customer service. I’ve been in there 4 times in past month and every time she makes my order, it’s lacking in toppings and filling container. Please learn how to pack a container and give the customer the proper amount that they have paid for. Ridiculous to pay $12 for ice cream and only get 3/4th of a container.

The atmosphere is incredibly unwelcoming. You will not receive good customer service here, I’m left disappointed every time. Getting ice cream is supposed to be a fun treat but they literally suck the fun out of it with their eye rolls and snotty attitudes. When you step up to the ice cream case to order, you’re greeted with an immediate attitude “what do you want?” By the end of putting together my order and building my ice cream, they quite literally throw the ice cream onto the counter and wait for payment. There is a serious lack of management and customer service skills. Not to mention, every time I come here it’s filthy with used spoons and napkins laying around. The floor is sticky and every table is covered in ice cream spills. Get your staff better training, they don’t clean or provide a welcoming environment.

My sister wanted to come to this place and so she finally got what she wanted. I love the ice cream over there, and I’m also glad that I got extra frosting. Even if it was an accident, which I was ok with.
I came back again, and I’m glad to be able to try new things. I love the cake batter shake. I didn’t feel like the whipped cream. But hey, it was still delicious.

Had a valid printed coupon for a bogo and ordered the ice cream, when getting to register was told they can’t scan coupons and don’t honor them. The coupon is from cold stone and says it’s only valid at the Center St location.
This situation was very awkward trying to get the advertised price and was told we had to pay the full price. We will not be back.

Product is good but customer service sucks. They have young girls that don’t even know what they’re doing. Asked if they do anything for birthdays (after we had already selected a cake we wanted) and they said you get $5 off a purchase for rewards in the app. So we got out of line to sign up which was kinda lengthy, only to find out all they would do is BOGO. We got back in line to buy the ice cream cake that was clearly all iced over and by itself that was priced $12.25. When we got to the register they acted confused about it being marked down, went to the back for a long time, only to come back and say the cake was full price and it was a promo cake. Then we nicely asked if we could at least get $5 off it for his birthday and for the misleading info and they refused to do anything, even though we spent a while in there in totality. For already being overpriced as well as the workers not appearing to be very versed in working their job, won’t be going back.
