I ordered from Dominoes in Dublin Ga. I place the order on door dash. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and I received 2 cheese pizzas. I called dominoes to let them what had happened and they told me that they will send me 2 pepperoni pizzas back to my house. A hour later I called back because I still haven’t received my pizzas. The manager said that she wasn’t aware of what had happened and that she will have pizzas out in 20 minutes. It was another 30 minutes before I got my pizzas. Service was terrible and the guy that brought the pizzas gave excuses why the pizza was late. Unacceptable

This location wont deliver to me over an order cancellation from nearly 10 years ago and its not offered on doordash either. The associate on the phone was friendly but unable to help. I cant be the only person this has happened to and it cant be good for business either. Love dominoes but their systems need to be updated.

Sent my husband to pick up some pizza for dinner since I’m at work. Got 2 pizzas 1 bacon and onions the other bacon and pepperoni. Neither pizza was cut, the cheese was just indented. When we called about the issue they said they could only replace the order if we brought them back the pizza. I work on the other side of town right off of Hwy 16. Tell me where we should have to use our gas to go all the way back to the other side of town and back again when whomever was cutting the pizza was in the wrong. Feel we should have been given a credit for atleast one of the pizzas since it was their error. Pizza that is cut slides in sections into the box so when it slide in whole you should have known the blade didn’t go all the way through. You had one job and failed at that. I shouldn’t have to hunt down plastic wear just to cut my own pizza.

They would make my pizza right and put the amount of toppings that I ask for on there and they never do. And I’ve never got any response from anybody.
