The staff was super friendly and efficient. The food was not great at all (not their fault). I spent $50 on 2 burritos, queso, and 2 cokes. It was not worth the money, unfortunately.

I come to moes a lot one of my favorite places to eat I went in a couple days ago during a busy hour u could tell people on the line were stressed with all the orders when it was my turn to order I could see a young lady with blue hair sitting on her phone in the back i thought it was strange considering how busy it was I felt really bad for the people on the line and she didn’t even offer to help them she just sat on her phone she eventually came out with a trey and she seemed very hostile and rude someone came in with a issue about their food she rolled her eyes at him and was very passive aggressive with him thought it was all very strange I never have had a bad experience at moes like this.hope to see new faces the next time

This is fast food texmex type food, with a fresh twist. It’s not somewhere you’d go for atmosphere or ambiance. I love the fresh ingredients. You can go mild to spicy depending on your taste and portions are generous. Their tortilla chips that come with every order are consistently fresh and tasty. All in all it’s fresher food and less salt and fat than most other fat food and better and less expensive than their main competitor. I’ve not had a bad order there so I’ll keep going back.

The service was superb! I was greated with two smiles… The young man making my food even asked me questions because he can tell I wasn’t sure what I wanted and he helped me make up my mind! Its definitely one of my fav restaurants anyways…

My wife and I visited Moe’s around 8:38 PM, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. The entire staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming—there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, just a cold interaction. The team member who took our order showed no effort to be personable or provide even basic customer service.
While we understand this may be a broader issue and not reflective of the true culture of this location, it was enough to leave a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be returning.

Catering order review
We had catering for a high school graduate open house. The kids loved it and so did the adults. The line to eat was never empty. The food quality was just as great as in the restaurant and the equipment they give you to keep it warm with all the serving spoons is absolutely perfect. This is turn key catering. You don’t need to do a thing. The guy brings it all in and sets everything up, gives you instructions on what to do with the burners and then asks you if you have any questions or concerns and if you need anything. Brilliant service!!! They give you a ton of food. We ordered for 150. Probably had only a hundred come through. Ate about half the food. The only thing we ran out of was grilled chicken. I wish we had ordered drinks. It would have been so nice to have you handle all of that too.

Decent atmosphere and the customer service was excellent. The food is very delicious and the variety of the menu is ideal, even for the most finicky eaters. I always make it a point to stop by Moe’s, whenever we’re in Franklin, TN. You can’t go wrong with the quality of food and the prices. Two thumbs up.
