I’ll start by saying the vibes were good. But the drink descriptions were quite inaccurate. I asked the bartender for recommendations and specified that i hated mezcal. I asked about one drink (on the menu said it has rye) and based on his description i thought i would like it. I then got a mezcal drink. My boyfriend also got a drink that was quite bad. After the bartenders asked us how we were doing when we weren’t drinking our drinks, they made us some classic drinks which were good. The elote wings were meh, not much flavor and nothing special. Really expensive for the experience.

This review was for The Tipperary, before it was Eleven18. If you enjoy an exceptional, quality cocktail, this is your place. The drinks are delicious and beautifully presented. Service is excellent! The atmosphere is cozy and classy with lots of cool touches, like the light up menu. We love that they give a mini complimentary cocktail when you sit down. Each time we go we try different cocktails and we haven’t been disappointed yet. Their food/snack menu could be better but otherwise it’s top notch.

Wonderful and charming little cocktail parlor. One of my favorite classics is a Division Bell and I was surprised to see it on their neo-classic menu. Most bars wouldn’t showcase this as it is a strange stem from the last word and paper plane type cocktails. Jacob served me and was quick and pleasant. Only had a couple of drinks. Only note of criticism is that my cocktail was not double strained, leaving more ice in the cocktail than desired. Looking past that, excellent taste and place!

Girls’ night out for drinks and tapas was AMAZING! Ryan and Chevy provided spectacular service!! The Garlic Shrimp, Beef Empanadas, and Tomato Toast (wrong name) were delicious. The empanada sauce should be bottled. Cannot wait to come back with our spouses!!

We had a great experience at Tipperary. When we were seated, they gave us each a small complimentary cocktail taste which was a great touch. The menu is split into forgotten classics and their spins on those classics. Of the drinks we tried, we especially loved La Rosita, Fennel Stretch, and Lanarkshire. Staff were super helpful in recommending drinks. Definitely recommend a visit!

Absolutely fantastic. Ryan is a sorcerer with the cocktails, the food is 10/10 and Matt goes way out of his way to make guests feel welcome and special. This is *the* hidden gem in the Springs. Would love to see them spruce up the atmosphere a bit to make it on the level the food, drink and service are but I’m going back every chance I get regardless. Love it.
