Met friends for lunch here. Was a little concerned given the location of the paper mill and associated odors, but was very pleasantly surprised by the interior – no paper mill smell! The interior is super bright, clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The food was really good! I got the Roxie Wrap, one of my friends got the Shrimp & Grits, and my other friend got a Make Your Own Flatbread. All the food we ate was delicious with generous portions! The prices were very reasonable. Will definitely eat there again!

Usually, when I come to Franklin, I would go to DQ to get a bite to eat, but a few Saturdays ago, I decided to try this place out. The waitress was super friendly, and the food was nice and fresh. I look forward to coming back soon.

Went to Serve after not going in a long time. It was a very pleasant dinner with family. All 5 of our meals were perfect. I had the cobb salad and it was delicious. I love the hot bacon dressing they have. My son had the club sandwich and his wife had the Fancy Franklin salad and they enjoyed both. The other 2 meals were the Main St burger and the chicken sandwich and both of them looked delicious and were enjoyed.

Took the family for dinner, overall the service and atmosphere was great. For an appetizer, we tried the firecracker shrimp which were very good. For entrees, we got garlic parmesan boneless wings, crabcake dinner, and crispy chicken sandwich. The boneless wings were terrible, they had the shape, texture, and taste of a Tyson chicken nugget. The crabcake was very plain and bland. It looked like they scooped crabmeat out, formed it, and sauted it. No hint of that classic crabcake flavor one maybe looking for. The sides to our entrees however were very good.

I keep seeing the negative posts and I’m wondering what’s happening. Fortunately every time we’ve been to the restaurant (4 now) we’ve had amazing food and great service. The beer flights offer a great selection for a pretty decent price. The weekly specials are hit or miss, but never anything unimpressive. Their fried chicken is great, the salads are massive, and the food is overall quite tasty.

Me & my daughter came in for dinner and had a wonderful experience! The restaurant was nice/clean and the food on the tables looked amazing. Myla was our server, I asked what she recommended and she made the most incredible recommendations. My daughter had the BBQ Chicken Flatbread (which we couldn’t finish) and I had the Meatloaf, Brussels, and Mac ‘n Cheese. I typically wouldn’t order Meatloaf but she assured me that it was good so I decided to give it a try, she was right and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. After such a delicious dinner, we had to ask about dessert… She recommended the homemade Blueberry Cobbler Cheesecake and it was to die for! Bottom line, come here and you won’t regret it!

What a delightful place to have a celebration of life. The backroom holds large parties comfortably. The shrimp and grits were melt in your mouth. We had green beans and Brussel- sprouts. Both veggies were delicious. If you’re looking for fabulous, friendly service with a variety of entrees to choose from, SERVE will not disappoint.

A very tasty lunch at a local eatery. The Philly cheese steak was good but the French fries were excellent. I’m looking forward to the carrot cake that I’m taking home. It looks excellent.
The atmosphere is pleasant with pictures of locals adorning the walls. There is a comfortable seating area with couches in addition to regular tables and a bar. The wait staff is very friendly. Definitely a place I will return to.
