I have given this location chance after chance and I’m done. I’m a reasonable guy, I don’t go out of my way to find problema, but this is the last straw. They didn’t cook my Baja Wrap. It’s right out of the refrigerator, cold. The drive through attendant was rude, he said, “have a nice day” I responded, “thank you” and he said, “or not.” Absolultely gross food, uncooked, poor service an attitude and then they want to ask you to tip your drive through attendant. What a joke. I’m done with this location and I recommend steering clear. This is the last of a long line of messed up food, shorted orders, continuous staff turnover. Something is very wrong at this location.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this location is just getting ridiculous. This is the third time that I’ve been to this location and something has gone wrong. I’ve ordered a chicken quesadilla, They’ve forgot the salsa twice and this one was just the cherry on top. Ordered it once again and they can’t even melt the cheese in the quesadilla? Fast food is way too expensive these days and these employees just need to get it right!

This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes there’s no probable at all. But 1 in every 5 orders just comes out wrong. Tonight I ordered the Apple Pie Paradise (Banana, Sweet Apples, Cinnamon, and Biscoff). Well it tastes like it’s just Banana and half a biscoff cookie crumbled on top. How do you forget ingredients in such simple recipes?

Great smoothie but the protein yogurt bowl is a let down. $10 and they only fill it half up. When they first came out with it I didn’t mind because it came in a larger bowl but like most companies they have figured out a way to downsize it and skimp. Charge $15 I don’t care but give us something worth buying. I won’t waste my money on it any longer

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, however the Açaí bowl use to be much better and I was really disappointed today. The last couple times I’ve gotten it I’ve hoped it was just a bad time last time, expecting it to hopefully be better, however it’s consistently just getting worse. I feel like the fruit is fresh, my bananas are always so squished and old looking, today I barely had a complete strawberry. It’s just disappointing because it feels like little effort or time is put into it for the price you pay. This will probably be my last time getting the açaí bowl, it’s just disappointing so I won’t keep spending money on the low quality.

I never leave reviews but today I was really disappointed how my smoothie turned out. I try to sip it and all I get is chunks of the kale and ice not blended correctly. This is the first time in many years this has happened. I was really looking forward to enjoying a cold drink on a hot day. 🙁
