Tuesday evening @ 6:15 pm, 2 adults and 1 child, we experienced a friendly front counter, fast, fresh food coming out of the back, the order was correct & hot, we sat in a clean dining area with a relatively quiet environment. (except for our 7 year old)

What a wonderful stop this was on our journey home! Mrs. Kathy delivered on the biscuits! The entire team was humming along like a fine tuned instrument and they were busy! It was refreshing to see smiles and an experience genuine friendliness! And the food was excellent! We enjoyed the sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. This will be a definite stop again on our journeys back and forth from the beach to home.

I would give 0 stars if i could the audacity of the staff at jacks 8 o’clock Monday morning today, 9-29. It has been cooling down all month especially in the morning. We ordered for inside, i was freezing the moment i walked in. I politely asked if the manager on duty heavy set white women short blonde hair. First she laughed then she said i don’t know how to turn it on. Then said it’s only for the winter. So i asked again if she was going to turn it on. She said no. Honestly don’t know why you would a fireplace not on when it’s 60 below outside. Highly disrespectful and unprofessional

I usually go for breakfast so I really can’t comment on the lunch. The food comes out fast and hot. They have a pretty good variety for a good price. Being on the go headed to work this is always a good choice. No one is perfect and one day they got my order wrong. I did call and they fixed it up for me with no issues. They far exceeded my expectations and didn’t give me a hard time about it. Thanks to all the team members for going the extra mile and above and beyond making my day! Also the manager was Cassandra that day.
