Pretty much every fast food in Breaux Bridge has the worst employees ever but this Taco Bell definitely the worst! They consistently serve food with minimal toppings and one time my husband and I went to go inside to eat, and the two people that worked there were in the lobby, making out quite heavily, and the guy had his hand down the girls shorts so we turned around and left. Recently we went there and the picture I provided is what my husband received for a gordita crunch wrap. Absolutely unacceptable!

I ordered a huge order on uber eats and thank goodness a thoughtful delivery driver had my back and went go deliver the message in person after my delivery and passed along the message that I will be going there personally, due to this location having the busy dial tone picking up every call made to their store phone, cause my order was entirely dismantled and prepared horribly and complete disaster that was over $70 worth. Complete horrified and nerves rattled from this whole experience. My son’s whole combo was made with sour cream and tomatoes that he can not have due to allergies and they didn’t give his drink. And the rest of the food was sloppy and not fresh at all. It was watered down drinks and the driver said upon arrival to pick up my order the guy who made the food didn’t even have it bagged properly and had ill mannerisms towards her. I want my money back.

This place is worthless. I made a pick up order. There was sour cream on items that was not supposed to have sour cream. They would not fix it because it was already in the bag. There where two drinks on my order, I received one. Tried to call to resolve the issue. They would not answer the phone when it rang and it went to busy tone. Worthless. Will not order or eat from here ever again. I hope this place goes out of business.

Fryer was down, told 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still no food. No apologies, no offers for anything else. Asked for refund. No one knew how to do it. Had to call manager to do over the phone.

I got a black bean grilled burrito with some extra ingredients. The total order was $15 or so. The portions were very skimpy and definitely not worth the price I paid. Whoever was at the drive-thru taking orders mumbled their way through the order and I couldn’t understand many of the words they said.

There’s no way a high dollar menu item posted on every commercial or sign should come out looking like it has .50 cent worth of ingredients. Cantina chicken burrito had almost no ingredients inside of it and the grilled steak burrito atleast had some rice inside and cheese on the Outside. They were almost as flat as a quesadilla . Just sad when fast food cost so much now and they can’t even make it with a little better quality . Just these 2 cost me almost 15 bucks.

Got my order totally wrong, put tomatoes when I asked for none. Didn’t add guacamole, but sure charged me for it. Didn’t close the lid properly on the cheese sauce so it leaked all over the bag. Gave us crushed up chips. Nothing was labeled to where we could tell what was what, so we had to open everyone’s and guess. Which was a fun little game considering they got the order wrong and everything was covered in cheese sauce. Id rather drive to laffy for taco bell than ever go to this one again.

The staff was friendly. Got our food within minutes.
We ordered hard tacos and a couple of soft tacos. They have reduced the amount of meat they put into them and the hard taco shells had a horrible taste, they were spoiled /out of date. They did refund my money back.

Food was served through the drive-thru window really really fast and was not fresh at all oh my God like it the potatoes were just dried out like just yuck and it’s always like that during the day lately the last few weeks
