Stopped in for a quick bite on my way home today and things were different. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. They made my order correctly. The tables were clean, the floor was clean. Staff was friendly and I got my food in a timely manner. Over all a good experience this time around and I won’t hesitate to come back to this location agian.

I ordered a cake online for my mom’s birthday. It was a very simple process and shows you the lead time for the store in order to have your cake ready for you when you arrive. It seems as though every store I checked takes about two days to create the cake so I picked the store closest to me. The cake they created looked exactly like the picture even though there was a disclaimer on the website saying some variances may occur. Wonderful cake and wonderful customer service! Very impressed.

I was told that my bacon chessburger would come with toppings and it had none and ngl( not gonna lie) but they could’ve at least thrown it in the microwave so that it could’ve at least been hot! So i didn’t get dessert because god only knows if it would’ve been cold or not! I’m not coming back unless they buy my next 3 meals! Duces!

We got 4 large blizzards,1 oreo&3 cotton candy which we wait all year for! 2 of the cotton candy were not mixed well,3/4 of them were plain vanilla&top 1/4 was over powering of cotton candy pieces which made my teeth hurt. The more we get ice cream at this location the worse it gets.

Horrible service. Bunch of kids messing around for 15 minutes after I ordered ice cream for my girlfriend and I by the time they finally gave us our ice cream in the drive thru it was all completely melted dripping everywhere and the window girl dripped it all over the side of my car and when I asked for a new one she said “ no you can buy another one if you don’t like it”. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM ENTITLED KIDS

Stop at the Hastings way location. Ordered the 1/4 cheeseburger combo, with onion rings instead of fries. I got cheese curds, no onion rings. My chesseburger was greasy and bottom bun soggy. My first and only bite, was not not good. The burger was not fully cooked, still red inside. I could not eat the rest of burger, wet soggy bun, and raw red meat.

Payton and Cadence were awesome. Me and my fiance came in for lunch and these two were super nice and professional. Payton took our order with a great attitude and Cadence delivered the hot food to our table with a big smile. Honestly, just the service alone would have me come back! Awesome work!
