Not exactly sure what has happened to this Arby’s. They used to be incredible and very dependable. Not any more. Last two visits were awful. Food quality, order accuracy and overall experience was terrible.

Well I headed to Arby’s last night to give it another shot. 2/3/24. I’ve always had bad experiences and figured they’ve changed employees so it must be better at some point right? I recently was given a Arby’s gift card for Christmas from one of my aunts.I had went through drive-thru and the order was $24 and change. I had told the employee working the window that I was going to use the gift card that had $20 on it and i would pay what the gift card did not cover with cash. He proceeds to use my cash first and then hands me the gift card back. I asked him if that’s what he had done and he stated really rude and loud “YUP”. Then proceeded to slam the window in my face. I waited for the manager to come to the window and told him what happened. He just asked for my receipt then circled the balance on my card on the receipt just to hand it back to me. I told him that was wrong of them to do that and no response. Not amused nor will I be back. Zero stars are needed for a review

We just had dinner from this place. Most of it was non-edible. The doubble Beef n Chedar had a dribble of cheese sauce (all four of them). We asked for Arby’s sauce, and got none. We selected ranch for our little guy’s tenders, we got honey mustard. The food was all cold, and the meat did not even look like Arby’s meat. This is by far the worst Arby’s i have ever visited. Don’t waste your money. We will never try it again.

The gyro is as good as you get at many Greek restaurants, it looks like the pictures on the menu board, and taste great. The Classic beef and cheese is another excellent value.
The service is excellent, Jammie is friendly and helpful. I requested no red sauce on my sandwich, it came with no red sauce, just as I ordered.
The restaurant was spotless, including the restroom. We will return.

Food was alright. The roast beef and ham were BURNT. But the turkey was good. And of course we were the only car in the drive thru but we were pulled forward and had to wait like 15 mins extra ti get our food..

I’m tired of old and cold food, managers with bad attitudes, Arby’s is a terrible place to eat. I’m paying alot of good money, I at least expect fresh hot food. I’m contacting or at least going to try and contact district manager for the Brevard Arby’s and try to contact Arby’s corporate office. I’m not look for anything prepared or free. I just want good service and good food for what I’m paying good money. Tired of being tired

First time in an Arby’s in probably 15 years. This was probably one of my better experiences period from a fast food restaurant. And the food actually came out looking like it should. Well done at this location.
