This is the best Long John’s Silver’s. The people that work here make this better than any fast food restaurant around. They are always friendly and it’s always so clean. The food is always great whatever we get.

Honestly, one of the best LGS experiences I have ever had. This was the LGS I have Nostalgia for from a kid! The staff was the best, everyone was friendly, the fish looked better than the commercials. I did not catch the name of the workers but they were THE BEST!

At this point at least I got something right i should be privileged to get the opportunity to order food from company’s with my money right? We ordered two 2 peice fishmeals on door dash one with fries and mac n cheese the other double fries both of our fries were old and stale mind you it only took less then 8 mins for the food to get here after ordering after comparing the two portions from each box my “double fry” was a single portion ontop of all of that we we made sure there was tartersauces selected yet not a single one in the bag I love eating stuff with no sause dont you who doesent love dry fish dry frys dry burgers imagine buying dry ribs or dry wings

Pulled in at 7:24 on a Monday, we drove from out of town because we don’t have a Long John Silvers, we walked up to the door there was a women mopping, she yelled loud enough we could hear her outside, I’m trying to mop and here comes people. The made it clear we were not welcome. So we left, I wonder how the owner feel about her running off customers.

I get out to check the door and the lady inside yelled out I’m trying to mop and here comes some people. Pretty sure she was cussing us. I opened the door she never looks up and there was bags of trash in the lobby floor she was supposed to be mopping. I turned around and left. Not a word from her or anyone behind the counter. Worst thing I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Period and I’m 58
Fyi we came from Frankfort ky just eat at Long John silver s because we don’t have one in Frankfort.

Spent over $30 on food and I had to argue with them to get more than five tartar sauce packets. Can’t even give a complete order of coleslaw. Tip to the stingy owners – you lose more money driving customers away than you do trying to skimp them on your already overpriced food.

These people let me sit in the drive-through for 15 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement, ignoring my “hellos” until a woman got on and actually yelled “we’re not ready!”
I had an online order I had already paid for. Finally, after an additional 5 minutes, they said hello.
I let them know I had an order and she cut me off, said come in and get it, and then turned the speakers back off.
