I do not give horrible reviews, but the customer service and the quality of food that they serve today out of the disburger king was trash fries tasted funny, the Onion rings that would serve did not even taste like onions. Went to pick up a delivery, worker was outside smoking , entered the store to stand there waiting , I finally said I’m here for a pick up, I was rudely told I’m the only one so my response was I have been waiting with no acknowledgment so I am asking for the order ,after she was done with drive through she came and told me confirm the order while she held it hostage so I confirmed only to be told complete continue to next stop I told her I didn’t have to I have already confirmed the order she then pushed the bag to me and told me DO ME!! Very unprofessional and the way she spoke to me she definitely in the wrong field of work.. it’s not our fault you’re overworked cause you’re short of employees and probably underpaid!! Hope it gets better! Speak to people better cause you’re gonna get rude back in return

To the right of the picture is the Barbeque Brisket Whopper Burger King is promoting. To the left of the picture is the Barbeque Brisket Whopper I received that was made. It’s totally not the same. The burger in my hand hardly had any Brisket, was soggy from the large amount of ketchup and mayonnaise they poured to hide what ingredients they did not add. And the price which they charged id not worth paying. For the equal price or more, I could have paid for a gourmet burger at a Red Robin to take out, and it would taste better. WILL NOT order this again from Burger King. I keep forgetting. All is not what it seems to when you order from fast food restaurants when they are shooting your order fast out the window and the quality is missed. People were nice and professional, but the food quality is the reason it gets a low rating.

Ordered the new steakhouse burger about 3pm. Had a 9 minute wait. Once home I discovered the burger had no crispy onions, one of the reasons I ordered the burger to begin with. Very unhappy experience.

Came here the other day and it was great, the staff were awesome. I am trying to get all the scooby doo toys. They informed me, they only had 2 but would get a shipment the following day and would set some aside.
I came back today and I got this older woman with long grey hair and as soon as I asked which Scooby doo toys were available she rudely told me “we ONLY have one!” Which I got and didn’t argue because she clearly didn’t want to help me at that point. Even though I knew they had gotten new ones in.
Then I get my food, she asked if I needed ketchup I said “no thank you but could I have one ranch.” Because I do not use ketchup on my fries or burger I use ranch. And she was like “THAT WILL BE .29 CENTS!”
It’s one ranch, it’s not that serious. I order a burger and fries. I’m not asking for 5 ranches. She was just so rude and off putting the entire time and made us feel unwelcome and like a bother for being here. We will be driving out of our way to other locations from now on.
I even had other old food in the bottom of my fries (crusted cream cheese or cheese I am not sure) and this woman was so rude and disgusting towards us, we didn’t even feel like going up there to say something. So we just threw it out to avoid having to speak to her again. Not very good for business. Definitely a complete 180 from the kind and welcoming staff 2 days ago.

Horrible. They always mess up my order and it’s crazy because they have an attitude with me for saying that my burger is wrong. Horrible customer service. She even made the nicest employee there cry in front of customers which is crazy and disrespectful. And even when they get the order right the food is always old. Please go to the J Clyde one.

Ahh, Burger King — a staple in my life for so many decades.
When I want quick breakfast, it’s long been an option.
Also, when I want the very best cheeseburger in fast food (and I can afford it), they have it, #imho. It’s worth mentioning that I don’t count 5-Guys as fast food (price point, messiness, etc).
Today, I got my favored dual-bacon croissant. Sadly, they *burned the utter crap* out of the bacon… as in charred into black oblivion.
Also, their cheeseburger is complex enough to cover up the fault in their choice of ‘that is surely not cheese’, but it simply doesn’t work on a croissant… not enough ingredients to hide it. .
