We are brothers from Boston that are bringing the Northeast Style Pizza that we grew up with to the Sacramento area. If you’re a first time customer we recommend ordering our Nothin’ Plain About It. It is our favorite pizza and it showcases the work we put into perfecting our sauce and pizza dough recipes. Please follow our journey on socials @skorchdpizza, come interact with us and watch your pizza be made on our YouTube live stream.

First time trying this place, and it was absolutely worth every penny! I caught them live on TikTok and had been wanting to try them for a while. I finally ordered delivery, and they definitely lived up to the hype! I got a half Rose Rone and half Little Roni, and it was AAAHHHMAAZINGG. I even got to watch them make my pizza during the live, very friendly crew!

Just wow!!! Both times I’ve ordered from here it’s always been the same, crispy and cooked to perfection! Wait time is never that long either!

Imma say this one time and one time only. Skorch’d over any pizza spot. Price is well worth it. You can spend the same out and get a horrible pizza from anywhere. Maybe even more expensive too! I don’t think people know about quality when it comes to pizza. They just think thick crust and a bunch of toppings is the way to go. The people who’ve rated this place one star and said that the pizza is burnt has never had a wood fire pizza before. Those people can stick with little Ceaser. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME AND ILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY PIZZA!!
SKORCH’D 4 LYFE!!!!!!

I visited Skorch’d Pizza recently and tried The Fenway and it was excellent. The flavors were well balanced, the crust had a great texture, and the toppings tasted fresh. You can tell they put care into making their pizzas.
The staff was friendly and the overall experience was smooth from ordering to pickup. I’m really glad I stopped by, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu. Highly recommend giving The Fenway a try if you enjoy bold, delicious flavors.

Tried Skorch’d Pizza recently and had a really good experience. The pizza was thin, crispy, and full of flavor, with that perfect slightly charred crust. The place has a chill local vibe and the staff was friendly. Definitely a great Midtown spot if you’re craving quality pizza.

Update, still absolutely amazing. Why are you still looking at reviews? Order one already! (And get a side of ranch or hot honey!)
Really fantastic pizza. Crispy, saucy, cheesy, clearly high quality ingredients that they let shine. So, so good.

Their pizza tastes even better than it looks. The crust is nice and crispy. You can tell they put a lot of attention to all the details that make pizza great. I would say they are a strong contender for best pizza in Sacramento

Being from the actual Northeast I expected better. Guy making the pizza is slow motion . Needs more sauce. When I went it was slow. Maybe 1 other pizza in the oven. And still took the dude 15 minutes just to assemble the pizza! And given the lack of reviews I’d say they probably don’t do much business. Or it’s just not worth leaving a review about it. When I left, the guy was assembling a pizza. I get to the hotel and here he is on youtube, still assembling the same pizza . Order far ahead if you’re getting more than 1 pizza. And ask for sauce on your pizza.

Hands down, THE BEST pizza in Sacramento! Everything is perfectly balanced. The crust is airy, crunchy, and crispy, while the sauce is packed with flavor. The sprinkle of cheese and oregano at the end takes it to another level. Every time we order, I’m genuinely excited to dig in!
And if you’re a fan of pizza with ranch, their ranch is a must-try—you can really taste the fresh herbs. Skorched doesn’t cut corners, and it shows. Thanks for always serving up such delicious pizza!

Scorched pizza is more than a name. It’s how they cook their pizza. Burnt taste, dry, no sauce. Service was slow. I think the guy making the pizza must’ve been a new hire or on his first day. He didn’t seem very experienced. First impressions mean a lot. When you get a bad impression on your first visit to a restaurant, you’re not likely to return for a 2nd visit. That is exactly that case here. I was going to bring the pizza back but the pizza maker guy looked like he might’ve been on a work release program. And the way his eyes were seemed like he might have been under the influence of something heavy. Which would explain the horrible pizza that was scorched and had no sauce.
