People were great, place was nice and clean, and service was great. Food was absolutely terrible. Bit into the chicken and mouth because instantly dry with a strong hand instant gag reflex. Not sure if the food quality just really went that far downhill or if the oil was rancid. Mashed potatoes tasted as I would expect prisons taters would taste. Do not recommend

Ordered 3 double beef burritos and they just gave me 3 beef and rice burritos. Out of 6 ingredients they only got 2 on the burrito. All 3. How useless can you possibly be.

Worst Taco Bell and worst KFC ever. The workers are always SO rude and most of them look like they’re on something. The place is visibly dirty. They refused to give me sauce even when I offered to pay for it. 70% of the time my order is totally wrong. It’s just the worst. Don’t go here or you will be very disappointed.

Usually don’t have great luck here, but one singular guy was holding down the fort tonight! He took our order & made it for us. With him seemingly being the only employee there, service was A1 & prompt. He actually seemed pretty happy to be there too, which is a good change! Heck yeah!!! Give this guy a raise

All these pics are all straight out of the bag. We travel in an RV and have been to plenty of places. This is easily the worst fast food establishment we have ever been to. The rice wasn’t even cooked. All the tacos had tortillas that were falling apart. The food wasn’t even wrapped properly. Just folded into a paper and thrown in the bag.
I thought maybe the other day was just a bad day. My cheesy gordita crunch had the texture of cardboard so I got something different this time.
Every monkey in this building needs fired and replaced immediately.

My order is consistently wrong, the cashier that they have out front is clearly a people person, and the music is incredibly bipolar. I hope absolutely nothing changes and this place continues to be the chaotic treat of the week. Never change Traci. Never change.

Absolutely horrible excuse for tacos. I spent 45$ on 12 soft tacos, 2 chicken quesadillas and an order of nacho fries. The quesadillas had some kind of sauce that I didn’t ask for that was spicy, at least 6-8 out of the 12 tacos barely had meat and the only good thing was the fries! Definitely NOT worth the money and I WONT be back. I can go to a restaurant for that type of money and actually get what I ordered. Showing pics of a few tacos that after some my wife said maybe I should post this and I agreed since this is pitiful and they should be ashamed. If I wanted lettuce and cheese I’d have ordered a salad…. 0/5 stars, they don’t deserve the one that I “have” to give them. Chicken and tacos both suck here. Needs to be shut down or have a new manager come there that actually cares about people’s food and how it goes out, because they definitely lost my business forever.

Hire a commercial cleaning company and clean this place top to bottom, it’s nasty.
Hire the best seasoned restaurant manager you can, hire a new team and TRAIN them so they know what’s expected of them.
Finally, post a banner outside stating “UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT” “GRAND RE-OPENING” and just maybe you’ll salvage this place.
