The staff was extremely rude, and the chef served the food with a plastic fork stuck into the grill, which melted from the heat. The chicken was also incredibly tough, and we were so put off that we barely ate any of it. I honestly don’t understand how this place has such high ratings. It makes me wonder if we were treated this way because we’re Asian.

Came across this little gem while looking through google maps on what to eat tonight. I’ve driven past this place to and from work everyday for about a year now and gotta say this will definitely be my go to mexican restaurant moving forward. I usually judge a Mexican restaurant based off the horchata and gotta say it was definitely refreshing and not too sweet, just right. The seasoning on the meat and the fresh tortillas so so good. I also had some nachos and gotta say the chorizo beans definitely a nice surprise , reminded me of how my mom makes then. FYI they do not skimp on the portions either definitely made this big boy happy today.

Simple mexican restaurant that has really good tacos. Bought their taco tray for a party and everyone loved the steak tacos and chicken tacos. They have really great sauces to go with the tacos. I’ve also eaten in the restaurant a few times and it has always been consistent service and quality of food.

Overall a good experience. The food makes a good first impression and looks delicious. I ordered the taco dinner (approx. $10) which was 3 steak tacos and rice and beans. The tacos and rice were good but the beans were disappointing (out of a can?). The place is quaint with a good vibe as you’ll likely hear some Latin music playing in the background. Simple but authentic menu and one you would expect from a place like this. There is outdoor seating but the weather didn’t cooperate. Prices are reasonable for the offerings.
I enjoyed my first visit and will likely be back with others. I would have liked for the entire meal to have been satisfying… But not a bad first experience. I’m not opposed to giving them another chance.

Excellent taste on the Carnitas and Pastor burritos! Good size for the price as well. Another small touch is that it’s grilled and sealed really well and didn’t fall apart like so many other burritos.

This is like the Panera Bread of Mexican food. This place is in a good location with plenty of parking. The menu is easy to understand and the options are not overwhelming… allowing you to easily decide what you want. Service was prompt and food quickly came out freshly made and piping hot. I thoroughly enjoyed my meals here while on business near Chicago. Highly reccomend for fast casual Mexican food.

Picked up take out from here for $48 and they couldn’t even bother to give me fresh steak meat. On top of that they all barely had meat. All of my tacos dry except the chicken ones because they were braised. The tortillas weren’t even fully cooked. I also didn’t even receive the correct toppings and what I did receive was the tiniest sprinkle, doesn’t cost a thing yet everything was skimped on. So unhappy with the quality of the food and I’ve been here before just never takeout. I won’t be coming back here after the food I received. The one saving grace was the horchata and the salsa, that’s it.
