The most disgusting McDonald’s that I ever had in my life. The chicken nuggets and fries were soaked and tasted like old grease, they were disgusting, impossible to eat. My Smoky BLT had no tomatoes and was poorly assembled. Tasted greesy as well. Never will stop by again.

I don’t know what happened to this place because it use to not be this bad. First they didn’t tell me how much my order was and when I got to the window to hand them my money they still didn’t tell me until I asked. They just had their hand out. Then when I get my spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal it’s not even the right order. They gave me a spicy deluxe which was not what I asked for but better yet they burnt the buns. How do you even do that I don’t know.

So I went through the drive through at 1:30 am mind you this is a location that is supposed to be 24 hours. They told me that they only had a Quarter Pounder or Nuggets. Please someone tell me the difference from a cheeseburger and a quarter pounder? I was told they won’t do a cheeseburger. So I had to get the nuggets. On top of that I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with extra caramel. By the time I got to the window to receive my order the lady didn’t even pay attention to the iced coffee as part of my order and made us pull up and wait almost 10 minutes and proceeded to not even fill the cup up completely and claimed it is because they normally put a large iced coffee in a medium cup but on the cup it has L on it and shows the drinks they put in that size. Which states iced coffee. Therefore the employee was just too lazy to fulfill my request. So if you want a decent McDonalds to go to do not even waste your time with this one. You will only disappoint yourself.

Inside a Sprint Mart. Fairly Clean. Couldn’t find the men’s restroom so I used the one in the convenience store. Ice Cream machine is “down” smhl. Worst thing was the skinny, loud employee on break in the restaurant area. Was loud to the point of being gaudy. No offense, but don’t really care about her trying to buy her mom an iPhone for Christmas!? Extremely unprofessional imo.

One coffee cup was served without the lid being sealed. As it was passed from the restaurant to the driver in the drive through the lid popped off. Coffee drenched the driver and interior of the car.. burned the driver’s hands and legs.
The employee offered no apologies. She did hand a wad of napkins to wipe up with. The other cup of coffee did not spill.
My egg Mcmuffin had burned bread. His sausage biscuit was not edible.
This food was better than the moldy biscuits they served us there a couple of years ago.
I went to get a replacement cup of coffee which I saw the employee filling for me. She was in no way pleasant and offered no apologies for the mess nor did she ask if the driver was ok.
We noticed when we finished drinking the coffee there was about a spoonful of grounds in the bottom of the cup.

This McDonald’s needs to be shut down!! I ordered an 10 piece meal 20 piece nuggets only and I paid 16 dollars all of the nuggets was burned and nasty like they haven’t changed the grease in 2 months then when I go back the manager says theirs nothing they can do about it… Wrong I’ve worked at McDonald’s and they could have been changed the grease!!! Cooperate will be called!!

My two visits are contrary to the popular google vote. I am retired and raised 3 children. Eaten at McDonalds a few thousand times. My visits here were mostly nostalgic. Their food was as expected. The service was excellent. Atmosphere was lacking, but I was there for food.

The food is normally good, but the customer service is terrible. The lady at the payment window rolled her eyes bc I normally go to the pickup spots. So I accidentally passed the window a little. She rushed me the entire time I was trying to order. I’m the kindest “yes sir, yes ma’am” person. I will drive half way across town for now on.
