It has been challenging to find a good Vegan Pho. I’ve lived in this state for 3 years this is by far the best most full of flavor pho I’ve had. My girls enjoyed their pho well. The server greeted us with a contagious smile, we were seated right away, he was attentive and cleared the table in good timing. Environment was clean. Only thing I’d suggest is to fill the spring tofu rolls with more greens. We highly suggest this restaurant.

Enjoyed the nice bowl of pho. The soup base was full of flavor, noodles were cooked right, meat was tender. The restaurant was kept clean and the people were really nice.

My family of 3 was looking forward to trying pho here after traveling for 2 hours. At 7:10 we were told they were doing to-go only. The couple behind us also left as they wanted to dine in. I understand 5 minutes before offering to go only, but the pho is already cooked so we could’ve been served and been outta there in less than 30 minutes. As a former restaurant manager I wonder if the owners are aware customers are being turned away from dine in at 7:10. Missed out on 5 customer sales!

Went in for lunch at 3:00 pm. The service was prompt and the food arrived piping hot and smelled amazing. We ordered Tofu Rolls, Vegetarian Pho and Chicken Vermicelli. All 3 dishes were absolutely drool worthy. Vietnamese food is a hot or miss for me but this place was most definitely a hit.

The food here was absolutely amazing hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service was incredibly polite and helpful, which made the experience even better. Truly unforgettable, and they 100% make the best mangonadasss!!

This is a nice Vietnamese joint and I went there after a long hike so ate a lot. I tried the iced Vietnamese coffee and I liked it. It is a bit acidic so if that is what u like then definitely try it. I started with the pork potsticker and it was good. I really liked their beef fried rice but it was a bit more oily for my taste. But the flavor balance was really good and the serving size was quite decent. The chicken pho was also good and would definitely recommend.

A rather disappointing experience for us. Pho was good. However, the fresh spring rolls were NOT FRESH, they used stale, rusty iceberg lettuce. It was the saddest spring roll I have ever had in all the Vietnamese restaurants I have been to. The Thai ice tea was overwhelmingly sweet. The kids size pho was overpriced. Customer service was non existent, no smile, no welcome, no follow ups or “thank you.” We had to ask twice before we got tap water when the restaurant was only at 25% capacity. This restaurant has so much potential, I sincerely hope it could improve on its service and food quality.

Best meal ever to have after a hike! Ordered the beef brisket pho, the pork vermicelli bowl, and a mangonada on the side. All very delicious! The broth for the pho was divine, the pork for the bowl was charred to perfection, and the mangonada was so refreshing. The service was also fantastic our waitress was noticeably very kind to every table. I also like how they decorated their white wall with different places for Vietnam. Overall a wonderful experience and meal.

Such a great spot before getting back to the Tricities. The Pho was great and plentiful. Service was great, but they somehow didn’t have hot water for green tea. Not such a big deal because they have tons of great variants of other teas. I will be coming here often as I traverse the pass!
