Opened in July 2022 in Goodlettsville, Staleys Chicago Italian Dining brings award- Windy City favorites to the Tennessee area. This family-owned restaurant crafts Chicago-style classics from scratch daily, including Italian beef sandwiches, hot dogs, gyros, and pizzas. House-made sauces, hand-rolled meatballs, and fresh soups ensure an authentic Chicago street food experience. This is our second location, conveniently located near downtown Nashville. We offer pickup, delivery and catering from this location. We can’t wait to meet you and share our love for Chicago food!

Terrible customer service, no physical menus on the TV boards or paper. They only had one tiny small tablet for our party of 6 to order off (took forever).
Chicken wrap was inedible. Chicken pita was cold and bread was hard. Mac and cheese was penne pasta with cheese wiz on it.
Wouldn’t recommend and won’t come back. Much better places to eat at locally

The food is consistent here. It is always. No matter how decent it tastes it is always cold. It’s like they don’t have proper heating in the back. Such a shame

So they replied that I am damaging a small business and blamed cold food on delivery. Even when you order through the site and open the locker the food is COLD. You consistently give cold food. If you’re a small business and care about reviews make the food hot. There’s no reason less than a mile drive should make the food ice cold unless it was already cold. I will never come to this place again after this response.

Love this place. It’s a cloud kitchen so only for catering, pickup and delivery but still very convenient for downtown Nashville. Classic Chicago Italian Beef (hot and wet!) and cheese fries. I miss this food so much and Staleys is spot on!

Ordered from this place through door dash. They were out of jalapeno poppers, so they waited almost an hour to cancel the order. Complained to door dash, they refunded the order, I ordered again, and received 2 cold hotdogs…
I waited 2 hours, for two cold hotdogs. One of which was probably the same hotdog I ordered two hours prior.
This place is ridiculous, and I do not recommend.

Cold hot dog, no ready notifications, had to catch someone outside as they had no phone number. No good customer service! No tue best business model if you ask me when you can’t even call someone. Waiting 30 min to get a cold . And had to catch someone outside.

I really wish Google allowed 1/2 stars, because the reality is I would probably give this interaction a 3-1/2. I’ve dined at the Goodlettsville restaurant several times and it has always been a good experience. Our catering experience was anything but good. It started out great. Owner was very flexible with our needs and had good communication prior to the order. The portions were huge…you get a lot of food for the money.
However, the problems started when the food arrived…late (although, we did get a call to let us know that it would be late). The hot food that we ordered (hot dogs, pasta, Italian beef & meatball sandwiches were cold…not warm, cold). The only warm food was the sides of chili that came with several meals. Several items were missing or wrong…including mustard for ALL the hot dogs…you know, one of the basic ingredients on a Chicago style hot dog. Once the food was re-heated the taste was good, but it’s difficult to re-heat 17 meals in a single microwave during a 1 hour staff meeting when the food arrived late.
Due to some personal issues, it took the owner a lot longer than it should have to respond to my feedback regarding the issues with our order. However, once he did respond he went above and beyond to make it right! The take out/catering location is new and some attention to detail, training and packaging changes will definitely fix the order issues so we plan to wait a while for them to work out the kinks before ordering again, but we will be ordering again.

I submitted an order through DoorDash. They kept delaying my order over and over. The doordasher was waiting there and giving me updates. Finally after 2.5 hours of waiting they just canceled my order completely. I’m so hungry and wasted my lunch break 🙁
