I got there at a busy time so i understand the rush. but, my brown sugar shaken espresso tasted like straight milk. Which is disappointing because it’s really only supposed to come with more of a splash unless specified otherwise. Anyways, the staff was nice and i will return but ill have to let them know not to put so much.

Came through on 03/26/24 at 11:28am and got a grande Carmel frappe. About a quarter of the way into it, I found a single strand of hair. I opened it up and started digging through it with the straw and found a total of four strands, dark purple/maroon, about 3-4 inches long in the drink. The first strand was found after I had consumed the drink already and had to spit it out. Now I feel like there is a piece of hair in my throat.
Called the store and an employee/manager said no one there has that colored hair. Manager also claimed it might be from the cup company and they didn’t check it before using it. Manager was polite and offered a refund and free drink and food for compensation. To be honest, it’s quite disgusting and I wouldn’t want anything else from this place besides my money and time back.
It’s absolutely disgusting to find not one, but four strands. Almost look like it was intentional. One strand, maybe accidental. Four strand? Hmm…Kinda sus if you ask me.
