The service is friendly and it’s always peaceful inside. The drive thru was long today so I decided to go inside. Which It was much quicker. I ordered the 8 piece nugget with a fry and biscuit. It’s delicious and was hot. They also made sure I didn’t stand and wait too long… But upon opening my food in the car when I got back to work I was very disappointed because I was shorted 3 nuggets.. I was like seriously. Upsetting but hey they are still so good. Like I said disappointed but what can ya do.. at least it was good and hot.

I will not be going to the KFC in Sidney ever again. I have had a bad experience the last three times I have. This time I order two Famous Bowl, easy right? I got two bowls of potatoes, corn, and cheese, no gravy, with two tenders. This wouldn’t have been bad, but they couldn’t even tear up the tenders and put them in the bowl, and it was cold. Also they changed their points program so you no longer get points on in store orders. Absolutely ridiculous.

Last few times I have been here it hasn’t been great. Long wait times, mediocre food. Food was hardly warm. Can’t blame the employees one bit as it looks like they’re severely understaffed. Location owners/franchisee needs to do better.

We order here about twice a month. Every single time, there is always at least a 20, sometimes 30+ minute wait for CHICKEN.
The app will say it will be ready in 5-15 minutes, so I arrive 20 minutes later and have to wait an additional 30 minutes for CHICKEN – at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN.
This time, they said it’s 30 minutes to wait for chicken unless we want to replace it with tenders. I say “okay no problem, replace it with tenders.”
She tells me “Okay. It’s going to be about 10 minutes for the side order of wedges though.”
This location is staffed and managed by absolute total clowns. I understand minimum wage gets minimum effort – but it’s pure comedy for Kentucky Fried CHICKEN to run out of CHICKEN every single time we come here.
I know this review won’t change anything. These clowns are ridiculous though, and I wish they would clean house and hire entirely new management and staff. FOOLS.

They we’re extremely rude and had the worst customer service ever they got loud the night shift sucks everyone is extremely rude it’s 9:40 when we got there and they refused to make anything and then when asked they were asked what they had they replied with OH MY GOD ! Extremely loud into the drive thru speaker ! WOW do better I mean honestly we all work and are tired I understand but the fact that we ever polite and respectful and was greeted by totally and complete disrespect ♀️shake my head honestly!

1/8/2026 @5:00pm I made an online pick up order for 7:30pm (2.5hr gap) Came to pick it up and was told to wait another 30min. Cashier was as rude as they come. DoorDash was picking up an order before me and was told the order couldn’t be fulfilled for whatever reason. She asked if she should call or text the customer and the cashier said “I don’t care what you do, it’s not my problem”.. frankly I’m afraid she’s going to spit in my food.

Went thru late at night everything went fine got home realized my son’s food was wrong loaded the kids up headed straight back tried to get them to fix it he gets the same thing everytime she said they wouldnt fix it that I ordered it wrong….. made me pay to get the original food I ordered in the first place. Horrible customer service. (Alexis with the neck tattoo) make them read the order to you because theres no screen….. never had this issue with anyone else

This KFC needs new management it took over 10 minutes for someone to help me and the restaurant was empty. The chicken was overcooked and tuff, the biscuit was hard I would have returned it if it was that I was already on the road to my next destination. People really need to take pride in their work or don’t come in
