Braving a snowstorm for Dairy Queen felt like a risky life choice… but WOW was it worth it. The staff opened the doors for us like heroes in a disaster movie and treated us with incredible kindness despite the chaos outside. Top-tier service, warm smiles, and fresh chicken strips that somehow healed our frozen souls. If customer service had an award, Austin would win it. Absolute legend.

Austin was the only one at the store on the worst snowstorm of the year… That didn’t stop him from absolutely killing it in the name of my empty stomach. I had a massive order and he didn’t miss a single item. All this greatness with a positive attitude and a smile on his face, despite having to tackle everything solo! Honestly im kinda annoyed with this DQ lately. They will charge u $1.29 for extra toppings on sundaes but then not give those toppings. I got charged $1.29 twice for extra extra peanut butter and another $1.29 for hot fudge. And still only got a small amount of hot fudge and the extra extra peanut butter was non existent. I got like a teaspoon of peanut butter. Dont charge me for stuff and not actually give it.

My friend and I go to Dairy Queen ALLL the time at different locations (to a point where we would get blizzard tattoos). THIS was the best one we’ve been to!
They had GREAT customer service. The restaurant was clean, from the floors to the tables. Their food was so fresh and hot and the blizzards were LOADED with all the fixin’s. Legit definitely coming back on a road trip. Such a random spot, but what a lil gem of Dairy Queen.

Stop by this restaurant after kids basketball game as my family was hungry and we ordered $50 of food and they didn’t give me my complete order. We were missing 2 fries I had ordered and was charged for. I didn’t notice until we got home and by that time I was already 15-20 minutes away from the restaurant and wasn’t returning to get the rest of my order.
