Now, if you want to try PURE HEAVEN, get the Carne Asada Fries (I decided they deserve their own paragraph). First of all, they are a STEAL OF A DEAL. $11 and change gets you a good sized to go box of this medley of awesome, and that much is worth at least four surprisingly filling meals! Second of all, it’s so MOUTH-WATERINGLY DELECTABLE with fries that manage to remain perfectly cooked without going soggy, carne asada so perfectly seasoned that just the meat itself is worth snacking on at any time, Mexican cheese with the perfect subtle flavor and texture, and sauce and spices that so perfectly finish the dish it’s almost mind-boggling. Seriously, it’s food that could make you cry, it’s that good. Now, you spice lovers may be disappointed, as there isn’t a single iota of kick to it (though I personally thank God for that, cuz I can eat it, truly enjoy it, and not suffer a fate worse than death for it), but I still think you’ll find it worth it. Oh, but they can’t make the portion size any smaller, it actually literally messes up their finances to do so and would actually make it more expensive for what you get. Not that you’ll regret having them leftovers, though, as long as you have a place to store them lol.
Otherwise, I haven’t had the chance to frequent their establishment as much as I’d like to given what I’ve seen of them so far (and they are a nifty mix of a store and a restaurant), and most of my interactions with them have been via delivering for DoorDash, but my honest impression of them is that they seem like good people who serve fresh, delicious food at the best prices they can offer their customers and are passionate about doing so. So if you’re looking for a new, authentic Mexican food place, take a trip to the North end of town, across from the North King Soopers next to the tractor business to this near Little hole in the wall and you’ll be so happy you did.
