I did an online order for a sugar cookie latte with one extra pump of sugar cookie and no ice. I got my drink and i told the worker at the window there was supposed to be no ice and he proceeded to tell me that it was too busy to remake my drink.

I had asked and paid for an extra shot of espresso for a drink that normally doesn’t have coffee. They didn’t make my drink correct and when I brought it back the girl at the front continued to force me to pay for another additional shot of espresso that I had to pour in my own cup. I believe if the guy at the drive thru had spoken with me it would have been solved but the other person has poor customer service skills ~ even said single on the cup so learn to fulfill orders that I PAID FOR

Clean place, staff were friendly… however, there was clearly something not right with the expresso. We’ve been Starbucks customers for several decades, and we know exactly what the espresso tastes like. We got in the car, headed to our next destination, tasted our drinks, and we both agreed that they were way to “weak” to be the correct drink. We went back and staff gladly re-made our orders, and I tasted in front of them and discovered that, again, it was way too weak to be the usual espresso. I said, “It tastes the same. It’s as if someone put the wrong coffee beans in the hopper. Tastes like church coffee.” The supervisor insisted it was indeed the correct beans in the hopper, but never bothered to pull a shot for himself to verify that it was correct. We left with our weak drinks and discarded them at our next stop. We called the corporate number (never had to do that before) and we were given a refund (thank you). We found another Starbucks along the way and got the same drinks and they were perfect!

Please, please please learn how to make a Java chip. It is not a difficult drink if you make it and The finished product is anything other than a medium to dark brown you did it wrong. My Java chip comes back wrong more times then it does right it is constantly a white Ish yellowish grayish color. I don’t know what step is being missed, but it taste foamy and light like it lacks a very important ingredient. I don’t know if it’s too much to ask, but maybe put the ingredients and steps on a piece of paper near one of the machines so the workers understand how to make it properly

Most experience was great customer service.
Two experiences wasn’t great. They didn’t answer the drive thru had to call after 3 minutes. Asked if drive thru was working. Lady hung up on me. Rude!
Another experience store didn’t close until 830: google. Went a little before 8pm and store was closed.

Very good food and beautiful atmosphere, but when I had ordered a frappeccino to go, I was disappointed by the barista that was making my drink, bc she’d spilled half of the cups contents on the ground and continued to pour the remaining half cup into a new cup and filling the empty half of the cup with whipped cream. Then presented it to me like nothing happened.

The cold mocha cookie Frappuccino extra shot that I ordered was nothing more than water a little hint of mocha with some whipped cream on top would recommend going across the street to the competition instead of wasting your time here
