The food is always good. The AI order taker in the drivethru still needs some work. If you ask it what’s the ingredients of an item, its 50/50 whether it works. Half the time it just adds it to your order.

If you want a person don’t eat here. Taco John’s in Paducah doesn’t have the AI crap. With people only half time they don’t mess the food up definitely don’t come if you don’t want to be pulled up to wait . Keep driving taco Bell has people. And most the other places in Benton do. Placed a delivery order around 10 pm was sent confirmation, order never got picked up or moved. Tried to call the store numerous times and the phone went straight to busy. They closed without any communication and the order still showed that it was being prepared and it wouldn’t let me cancel it. Absolutely unacceptable.

Potatoes Oles were cold when she handed me the bag. Some of them are extremely over seasoned.
Crunchy taco with sour cream and tomato added. The shell was very stale. Tomatoes were sour. Not much meat. Lettuce was close to frozen.
6 Mexi rolls. Aren’t these suppose to be made to order?! They look like meat rolled in a tortilla and soaked in oil. Not deep fried. They are pitiful and gross looking all squished at the bottom torn up with with Potatoes oles and sauce packets all mixed together.
We didn’t bother trying the soft taco. Still staring at the nasty Mexi rolls and wishing we had our $20 back.
Was also charged for a cheese sauce I told her we didn’t want.

Another failed TJ meal! This store needs to get their stuff together. Yall went from decent to horrible.
Paid for extra beef on super nachos. Waste of money. There was barely any! The fried chicken taco was missing half the chicken tenders. Suppose to be 2! It’s the mini that only has one. The tender was barely half the length of the shell. Super burrito was a mess. Wasn’t folded. Looked like it was used for a game of keep away.
Be real nice if the correct amount of meat was put on the tacos. Might as well call them lettuce tacos.
The new Taco Sauce is nasty. It’s a grosser version of Taco Bell sauce.

I usually don’t do reviews but I had to. I haven’t been to a Taco John’s in probably over a year but I’m currently pregnant and it sounded so good. Went through the drive thru and the person at the speaker & window were so nice. The oles were hot and sooo good, i tried the fiesta chicken tacos, they were very good too. So glad I swung by!
