I read a few reviews before arriving this location. I am happy to share that I was not disappointed. My chia oatmeal pudding was picture perfect and delicious. It was a perfect start to an expected great day and a routine workout. The location was extremely clean. The service was friendly. This will be a great stop to get a quick smoothie, snack or tropic bowl on the way to the gym.

The smoothies are usually good but I don’t recommend any of the food. The food is very overpriced and inconsistent, considering what you’re getting (see photo). I also don’t appreciate being treated like a gig worker when I order through the official app. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked to provide a nonexistent confirmation before they even bothered to look at my order.

Customer service was great but the wait took over twenty min! Cajun shrimp wrap is tasty! Highly recommend. I had without tomatos. Very good, I’ll definitely order again. Detox smoothie tastes rough lol I kinda expected that but was hoping to taste some ginger, but it’s super bland.

Previous reviews confirmed. If you’re willing to wait 20 minutes at a drive-thru with only two cars in front, then another 10 minutes at the window waiting for one smoothie, then this might be the place for you. Two days in a row too. It’s a shame because we really like the menu.

Ordered 2 Mango smoothies and an All American wrap (breakfast) one of the smoothies did not have any flavor and the egg and cheese in the wrap was not cooked had to microwave it, for paying almost $20, that’s ridiculous

I’ve never had such a disrespectful experience at a Tropical Smoothie. My order was made completely wrong, and when I called, the employee first told me they were out of lettuce and that’s why it wasn’t on my sandwich. Then suddenly the “store owner” claimed they did have lettuce and that I supposedly ordered it with no lettuce and no tomatoes — which was absolutely not true and NOT listed on my receipt.
Instead of apologizing or simply correcting the mistake, they refused to remake the sandwich unless I drove all the way back to return the one they messed up. The manager also tried to backtrack and pretend she never said they were out of lettuce. The excuses, attitude, and lack of accountability were unbelievable.
Completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. If this is how they treat paying customers, I will not be returning — and I suggest others save themselves the headache and go somewhere that values honesty and customer service.

Just a poor quality place all around, poor customer service, poor work ethic from employees, poor service. You’ll definitely wait 20 minutes for your smoothie so if you’re in a rush I’d suggest going elsewhere, If you expect to be treated with respect same thing.

First time ordering from here and I won’t be ordering again. My sandwich and my smoothie were delicious but they gave me a molded apple like with white fungus on top. Now I have to question everything that comes from here. Now I am wondering if there were molded ingredients in my smoothie and sandwich good thing I prayed before I ate. This is just unacceptable in this kind of business bad fruit can cause severe reactions

This has been my GO TO spot for the past year. Genuinely I always leave satisfied until recently. Recently my order has been wrong. The first time my smoothie was wrong and my açaí bowl was wrong. Then on top of that I get told I would have to pay extra. After that experience I gave it a break. I come back today and my order is wrong once again. I asked for a Bahama mama w/ whey protein. I repeated my order and it was repeated back to me. I know the difference between a regular BAHAMA MAMA and one with whey protein. You can literally taste, see, and feel the difference. The protein causes you to be fuller. My go to spot is starting to become a stranger. What makes it worse is my order is LITERALLY the same every single time. To the point I know what price the Bahama Mama w/ whey protein comes out to. I’m just highly disappointed.

AWFUL customer service. It’s bad enough they take forever to make a single order and mess it up almost every single time but the lack of customer service is absolutely ridiculous. The manager is rude and so is the store owner. Go anywhere else!
