We spinned the Wheel of Restaurant Destiny and it landed on BBQ. The Purple Pig was a great quick stop. I ordered the plate and it came with a meat and 2 sides. My sidekick ordered the pulled pork sandwich. We both enjoyed our meal. The inside is small with around 10 tables. No frills, just straight to the point.

The food is FRESH and packed full of flavor! My family are visiting from Florida and this was the first place we chose and it did NOT dissappoint! I had the pig rib plate with mac n cheese and green beans- the green beans were FRESH and sooo delicious! The mac n cheese was melt in your mouth and makes you want to slap yo mama!
My husband is a HUGE brisket lover and let me tell you- that chopped brisket did not stand a chance! You wont regret eating here! Its family owned and operated and it reflects in the love they put in to not only their food but the atmosphere! The service is UNMATCHED and the cherry on top? Its owned and operated by a
couple who were prior service members so if you made it this far.. do the American thing and support our veterans! You wont regret it!

Service was impeccable. Since it was our first time, we had questions that were met with patience and knowledge.
Clean establishment and great atmosphere to be able to have a good conversation in.
I ordered the sausage sandwich and the mac and cheese. Portions were a good amount and I felt like I got my money’s worth in both quality and quantity. Overall, this is a great place all around and look forward to coming back.

Nice little BBQ place. People were very nice. The BBQ was really good and the sweet and mild scuces for the BBQ was very yummy. We will come back here for sure. Oh and this place has the best peach cobbler and ice cream I’ve ever had!
