I have been visiting this Starbucks location for approximately fifteen years, and unfortunately, today I experienced the poorest level of service I have encountered there. Over the past year, the quality of service at this store has noticeably declined.
During my visit today, the barista assisting me (whose name I did not catch) displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. I politely asked if it would be possible to try the vanilla bean cold foam so I could decide whether I would like to order it in the future. In response, she rolled her eyes and made a rude expression. Because the store was very loud, I also had to repeat myself several times in order to be heard. She asked another employee to provide the cold foam sample. After returning to my car, I realized that the salted brown butter topping I had paid for—and specifically requested extra of—had not been added to my drink. I returned to the counter to have it corrected. When the barista saw me approaching, her demeanor immediately changed and she appeared visibly irritated. When I asked if the topping could be added, she informed me that they were out. I then asked if there might be an alternative topping available, but had to repeat the question multiple times before receiving a response. Eventually, another barista—who was noticeably more courteous—provided chocolate curls instead. Overall, I was disappointed by the way I was treated during this interaction. As someone who has been a regular customer at this location for years, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location in the foreseeable future.

My sister doesn’t have the heart to make a review but lucky for her I do. She was treated like crap yesterday. She ordered a venti white peppermint mocha. She got a grande peppermint mocha (chocolate). When she asked for it be corrected, they put the drink in a venti but refused to remake the drink to what she ordered. The woman that took her order refused to say that she made a mistake and would not give my sister a refund or correct the drink. My sister admitted that she was a bit rude and asked the barista if she was even listening to what she said. She regrets her attitude but was having an extremely rough day.
We rarely ever go to this location because of the service and the constant mistakes. Every couple of months we try to give it a chance but they are horrible each time. Save yourself the time and go to the Sam Fur location if you can.

If you have to purchase at Starbucks (boo for politics!) this is a nice one. Friendly staff. [Unfortunately, Some entitled young people like to spread laptops/notebooks across multiple seats and actually refuse to condense when asked b/c no seats left… wish staff would take it upon themselves to ask them to free up seats for other customers.] But otherwise, all good experiences here.

I am not a huge fan of Starbucks, in general, but we stopped here to use gift cards we received at Christmas. This location, unlike many others in our area, was actually not busy, but it was after lunch. The flat white coffee is good, but I have had better. Got the banana nut bread, warmed, and although it wasn’t quite like homemade, it was pretty good. If you are a frequent Starbucks consumer, this one will satisfy…but if you aren’t a frequent patron…there are better choices in smaller neighborhood coffee joints.

This place is super busy, especially early morning to about 10 am. However, love, love, love the positive energy of all the staff. Kind, helpful, and great personalities. They are also very quick and efficient with the orders without lacking accuracy.

Every time I go into that location- my son or myself the purchase is messed up or not up to taste standard. I tried to give another chance today 10/16/25. Didn’t get her name I never see a name tag anyway. She got in my face so fast- I said Wow! Talking about how they couldn’t make my drink the way requested or was my son allergic to milk. Order messed and I didn’t have my son’s spinach wrap/sandwich on the counter. I couldn’t turn back around because I had to be here for surgery in Concord. Paid for on-line for an incomplete and non correct drink! And no one answered the phone; should be answered even when busy! Worst location in my opinion. I usually come in there

Everytime we order from here they always get the order wrong. Today we ordered a Salted caramel cold foam coffee with oatmilk. They gave me a hot chocolate with almond milk. After literally having to remake it. Its kind of annoying at this point

Sophia took care of me today and definitely reminded me about reviews! I meant to write one last time I came in but I live uptown, no where near this Starbucks, and I favor this one within a 50 mile radius 100%. Best coffee and they never miss. Got 2 cups today
