You can’t see a menu with prices on their website. You have to go through the whole ordering process to get the price of ONE item. Then, if turns out to cost more than you want to pay, you have to go through the whole ordering process for another item. How am I supposed to know if I want to do business with you without knowing what it’s going to cost me. Rework your website to easier for potential customers. As it is now, it’s easier and less time consuming (and probably less expensive) if I make it myself.

As other reviews have stated, this location takes a long time to fulfill an order. My online orders typically don’t enter oven until 15-20 minutes later and I have waited over an hour on delivery in the past (within 3 miles from store). I have worked for Dominos in the past and this is abnormal for Dominos standards

I wanted to take just a minute and share the wonderful experience I had at our west main st. Domino’s location. Corbin and Jacob were the employees working this evening. Both of these gentleman were happy, beyond helpful, polite and dressed very professional. Service like that is hard to come by these days! The store was the cleanest pizza restaurant I’ve ever been in. I would give them a 10 star and highly recommend to everyone. This will always be my go to for pizza Thank You!

Horrible. Ordered online, came in 20 minutes later, was told it would be 10 more minutes. 30 minutes later, after carrying out 30 pizzas to the guy before me. I asked if they even started order. They said no. I cancelled. I reordered and found out my rewards did not carry over.
Staff was unprofessional and unwilling to cooperate. I left without order for the second time. There will not be a third. Going to social media. Nice job

The girl working was unprofessional and did not answer the phone then acted like she couldn’t hear me nor did she come to the front when I walked in she stood in the back and hit her vape and watched me stand there for a whole 5 minutes and then as I’m walking out she slowly makes her way to the front I absolutely wouldn’t recommend going to this dominos on the west side until they can at least hire somebody who wants to do there actually job!

Havent been able to review for a couple days because I was recovering from food poisoning that I got at this location.
Definitely will not be eating at dominos again. I am very pregnant and contracting food poisoning can be fatal for unborn babies.
Its obvious the employees at this location cared more about being on their phones rather than ensuring quality food for their customers.
Oh yeah and the guy at the front counter at night is getting paid to be on his phone.
takeout Pizza is already expensive, the least they could do id handle and prepare food properly so people dont end up poisoned too.

The young gal who waited on me was not friendly and did not help me much. I ordered a large pizza and bbq wings. The wings were awful and ended up in the garbage. They were not well cooked and had a lot of rubbery skin on them, then COLD bbq was squirted on the top. I partially tried one wing, and tried a couple bites of another, but it was not at all tasty.

If I could give it zero I would. The guy who said he was the manager is rude and disrespectful. I came in frustrated because the app wouldn’t let me pay with cash on delivery or pick up because the total was over $50 having to order in store I lost the use of all my points. When I explained this to the manager he said the limit was $80 (not true) and that they weren’t gonna serve my kind. No attempt to help just told me to leave and that I would not be getting anything from them. Was really hoping that this place would be awesome since my kids love the pizza here but guess it’s back to Marcos.

Picked up a Brooklyn style cheese pizza and a pan made cheese pizza. The Brooklyn style pizza had little to absolutely no sauce on it at all. Whereas the pan made was so smothered in sauce that I had to wipe it off. This destroyed my appetite and I ended up not even eating the pizza. I understand it’s a new location but please train your employees on the proper distribution of sauce, that’s literally one of the main ingredients in pizza. Never had an issue at any other dominoes ever.

I placed a delivery order and ordered a Coke but they delivered a Diet Coke. I called and they rushed the right drink over, plus an extra. Might not seem like a big deal but when you’re paying for something you want the right one and a couple bucks here and there adds up. And unlike other pizza places in town who offer a refund for their mistakes but then never give it to you, they fixed the problem right away no arguments.
