Staff was amazingly friendly and attentive without being over-bearing – thank you ladies!
We had a tuna taco, shrimp taco and ceviche. All were well seasoned and fresh.
Great atmosphere with upbeat salsa-type music playing softly in the background. Everything was clean and neat.
The best part – The margaritas. We had pineapple and jalapeño which was perfectly not too sweet but the iced tea margarita is hands-down one of the best I’ve tasted in the states.
Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next visit!

The chips are fried in a dedicated gf fryer. Most items on the menu can be / are gluten free. The chef came out to check on everyone. The waitstaff take the orders and mark the items per allergies. He has many cooking items to ensure that he does not cross contaminated. We ordered two fajitas one steak the other chicken and shared between the three of us. It was very good food. We didn’t have any left overs. Definately would come back. Big plus family owned

What an Absolute Gem! Just a little off the main beach road but well worth it. Family owned and operated! The servers were semi knowledgeable about gluten but were quick to get Chef Joaquin. Hand made corn tortillas and beef fajitas made from NY strip! Brisket Nachos delicious and Chicken / Steak Fajitas amazing! The also have one of the largest selections of tequila I have seen!

This upscale restaurant is a solid 4 stars. The atmosphere is lovely, the server was nice but didn’t ask us if we wanted another cocktail or dessert. Just brought us the check. The food is good. The cocktails are superb. They are this close (insert thumb and pointer fingers together) to 5 stars. If they tweak a couple of things they’d be gold.

So happy to see my cousin & his family for our last night of vacation. Had the Best food hands down at a little Mexican restaurant off the main strip they recommended. They serve Way more than just Mexican food, which was also yummy: especially the guacamole & burritos, but have a mix of everything (see pics)!! The owner checks on customers too, and doesn’t stay hidden. This place is truly a gem worth going to!!!

Just had the yellow-tail ceviche here for lunch. It was out of this world. Fresh from scratch ingredients. The menu is fabulous and I’ll probably return for dinner tonight! Very reasonable prices. Friendly wait staff! Romantic ambiance for Valentine’s Day! I saw a few old negative reviews on here from years ago, disregard them. I’m from New York City and this restaurant meets New York City standards!

We visited today with our daughter for lunch. The food was excellent! We had the catfish with shrimp, pasta and garlic sauce, steak burrito and tamales. Everything tasted fresh and hot. Service was fast and staff were friendly. We will definitely be back!

I ordered takeout for the very first time tonight. I ordered their New Years Day pork loin. Came with cabbage black eyed peas and Mexican cornbread. The pork loin was well seasoned. But that SAUCE omg was delicious. The cabbage was different but delicious. I’m normally not a black eyed pea fan but they were good. The Cornbread was the best I’ve ever had. It was Mexican Cornbread with corn and jalapeños. But that BUTTER on top stole the show. The service was top tier from the phone call to the end. The owner went over and beyond

El Aguila is not your normal Mexican restaurant…it’s Mexican with a flair! The restaurant is in a Cute Older style home with beautiful landscaping and gorgeous string lights on the beautiful front porch. It’s the perfect place to spend a romantic evening having a nice dinner and drink from the large drink menu. The inside is decorated very eclectic and the tables are dressed with crisp white tablecloths. They have a good size bar inside perfect for a ladies night and they also have a private dining room area too. The owner is so friendly and makes his rounds to welcome you and that always nice. Tonight I had what’s called P5 Chicken…. it was delicious! My son had the steak quesadilla, my dad had Mexican burger and my step mom Had Jamie’s grilled eggplant. We had table side guacamole & cheese dip and they were both great too! The waiter was very friendly, professional and always had our glasses full. All in all it was GREAT!

Best Mexican food we have eaten on the coast. If you like mole, this is your place. The brisket enchiladas and BBQ ribs were also excellent as well as the red sangria. We will be back!
