I love Popeyes but everything within THIS location is awful. Staff is rude and orders are always missing items. AVOID THIS PLACE , unless you want to be treated like garbage. You’re better of going to another location.

Waited over 30 minutes no one was in line order 3 plain chicken sandwiches from start of order until they brought it out to car customer service was BAD. FOOD WAS GOOD!!! Plus 3 cars come after us. Outside the bill board has the combo of 11 pieces for 29.00 or so.
Our meal was simple, beans and rice, nuggets, biscuit and drinks. Our meal cost 7.00 dollars, we took a load of our feet and got to spend sometime
With the staff, who listened and
was very receptive to my sharing the tragic shooting in Hinesville. I also took this time to call them to the awareness of the perilous time that we are in.
I identified myself as a Google guide and ask if I could take some photos, they wonderfully complied and soon I had gotten these photos to share with my audience on Google map.
Business everywhere are cooperating with Google local guide and we work hand in hand with them to market their business.
I believe Google will see greater
Value in their local guides contributions and soon the green will start to flow. These reviews maybe just what every business needs to whether this recession and inflation.
And they will call on us to take reviews to the next level. These reviews sells business and this got to be more than a badge, more than a community it should pay and pay google guide handsomely. This Popeye location in Jessup is a clean spacious and wheelchair accessible outlet.
Anyone mobile disable or family and their kids will find this location safe to dine in or pick up theeir meal.
Billboard may fail, but testimonial such as verified google guides cannot fail.

The service was absolutely disgusting! Only because of this one employee named WANDA!!!!! She Was lazy nasty and unprofessional. Because she didn’t want to work, she tried to refuse our service by not taking our order and then tried to call the police because she was dead wrong! While my family is in the car waiting for our order to be taken she acted like she couldn’t take our order! She showed no interest in her job at all and she needs to be removed from this establishment!

Ordered red beans and rice left the drive thru line after waiting who knows how long to find out I had no spoon in my bag and was forced to eat in my car using a biscuit as a spoon the best I could. Was highly pissed off

BUT when I placed my order at speaker I said thank you to person who took my order and again at window when I paid and received order again I said thank you. The girl at window did not say you’re welcome either time. That was rude imo and she needs a lesson in manners.

The establishment in question demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism. It advertises opening hours starting at 10 AM; however, upon my arrival at 10:30 AM, I found the premises still closed. Additionally, I was informed that there was no chicken available. It is concerning that the employees appeared to have time for a smoke break during operational hours. This raises questions about work ethic and responsibility within the staff. Furthermore, when I entered the establishment, the employee wearing a gray shirt with braids exhibited an unpleasant demeanor toward customers, which is particularly troubling if she holds a managerial position. Such behavior is unacceptable and highlights the need for improved staff training and customer service. It is imperative that the management reevaluates their hiring practices to ensure they employ individuals who are dedicated and committed to their roles.
