So we celebrated my birthday here at the longhorn steakhouse, and it was amazing. The food was delicious.
The appetizers were delicious. The drinks were amazing. Our server was never too far a very joyful and happy server.
She did a great-great job. I will definitely visit again. Because there was so much I was not able to try

I visited LongHorn Steakhouse for lunch, right at opening, so I expected things to move pretty quickly—but the food still took about an hour to reach the table after ordering, which was definitely unexpected for that time of day.

The good news is that once the food finally arrived, everything tasted great. The steak was cooked well and topped with a rich, flavorful crust. The asparagus had good seasoning and texture, and the mashed potatoes were smooth, buttery, and comforting.

Overall, the meal itself was solid, but the unusually long wait during lunch took away from the experience. Great food—just hoping for faster service next time.

I came over during the weekend with two friends with a reservation so we did not have to wait for a table. The atmosphere seemed a little dark inside and it has a classic Americana style. It took around more than 5 minutes for the server to take our order, I’m assuming because it was busy when we got there. She offered us plenty of bread that we gladly ate while we waited for our food. I odered the strawberry margarita and the New York Strip (medium well) with mac & cheese and brussel sprouts. The waiting time for food was probably 25 minutes. When we got our food, they had given me broccoli instead of the brussel sprouts. Thankfully, they told me that I could keep the broccoli and they gave me the brussel sprouts without charging me extra. My plate and the margarita were delicious but my only concern is that my friends food was a little cold.

We went for lunch on Sunday at 11:30 and the restaurant was not yet busy. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. Our server, Angie, was attentive and very bubbly and charming. I decided to have a cup of shrimp and lobster chowder and my only regret was that I didn’t get the bowl. It was so good. For my entree I had the shrimp appetizer. It was huge and very well made. I had it with the baked sweet potato with cinnamon and butter. Really good! My friend had a side salad with a steak and baked sweet potato. Since we were too full for a full dessert, Angie made us a small caramel sundae. We were surprised that the total bill was only $52 with tax. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in Algonquin thanks to Colton! He went above and beyond with his service and was incredibly attentive the entire time. What made the visit extra special was that he spoke Spanish with my in-laws, which made them feel so comfortable and happy. His kindness and effort really stood out. Thank you, Colton, for making our dinner such a great experience! It was definitely worth the wait.

Went here for my birthday last week. Got the steak medium came out beyond well done. Had my gf with me. They redid the steak but I had the pleasure of eating by myself bc her food was ready and mine was not. She also had to eat by herself bc of this. There was no making it right. They said you can eat the fries till the new steak comes out. Took about 20 mins. Took a few bites and left with the rest. Won’t be going back thank you for the wonderful experience.

The initial welcome was not great but not terrible, they seated us at a table by the entrance door. I saw there were plenty of open booths open and requested to sit at one of them. They stated we could but will need to wait a short time for the server for that table to get there. We were fine with the wait at the end were glad we did as our server was excellent!! Bailey S was pleasant, and very thorough for the rest of the meal. The food was also very well done and very reasonably priced, we’ll stop in again in the future.

The worst management I’ve seen. Being a Patel in the hotel, restaurant and liquor store businesses, as well as in the healthcare field, worst management I have ever encountered. Ordered a steak to go, the New York strip was under seasoned. Instead of offering me a refund, Amber the manager, had me come back to pick up a new steak. She said I was getting a free steak, and when I asked how it was free she said well you can take the steak you brought back with you. Seriously, the whole reason I came back was because the steak was not cooked the appropriate way that it should have been cooked. When I said it was not seasoned, she said I should’ve specified for extra seasoning. I have ordered many times from Longhorn, I’ve never had to say extra seasoning because Longhorn seasons their steak well. I ordered at 7:17 pm picked up and had to drive back, I did not get my order again until 8:17. Horrible management and accountability. I would never recommend this location to any other Patient, client or visit this steakhouse again.

Excellent experience. Saturday night at 7 prime time. Was told the wait would be about 30 minutes, turned out to be 10 minutes. Sat down in a nice booth. Our Waiter was Brian. So professional on everything. Made sure we always had drinks filled. Asked if everything was good, if we needed anything multiple times. Took away our dirty dishes immediately. Overall just Great. Stuffed mushrooms for appetizers were really good. Steak for main course, I had the filet, melted in your mouth. Definitely coming back and would recommend this place to anyone.

My recent dinner with a friend at this Longhorn Steakhouse location offered an otherwise excellent experience, but one major disappointment keeps me from giving a perfect score, landing it at 3 out of 5 stars.
The environment was welcoming, and the service (outside of the later rush) was attentive. Importantly, all the sides and appetizers were hot and delicious, which speaks highly of the kitchen’s general quality control. Based on everything but the main event, I would easily recommend this location.

However, the star of the show the Outlaw Ribeye was a major letdown. For a signature item at a steakhouse, I was extremely disappointed. The meat was not cooked properly, and the steak’s actual size was much less than desired. It felt rushed and inadequate, especially considering the price point.

This specific issue, combined with what felt like a slight rush from our server as we approached closing time, made the end of the meal frustrating.
My Key Recommendation: Go early, and definitely avoid going near closing. If you order a premium cut like the ribeye, make sure your server is getting you the correct steak and that you verify the preparation before they walk away. Everything else was fantastic, but that Outlaw Ribeye needs serious quality control.
