Really enjoyed this meal. Pricier than expected for a non sit down restaurant, but the prime rib sandwich had great flavor and the fried potatoes were awesome with the sauce

If you are looking for Subway Italian sub, don’t come here.
If you are looking for food like you ate in Italy, this will take you back to there. All the meat is authentic from Italy made with quality ingredients and doesn’t need sauces, condiments etc to taste good. You taste the meat, you taste the fresh mozzarella, you taste the authentic bread, the fresh vegetables etc.
Ridiculous that people are giving this place one star and complaining about the price. Across the street Gordon Ramsey is selling $38 hamburgers lol!
And yes, focaccia is exactly supposed to be spongy and covered in olive oil, the stuff you buy at Trader Joes is not real focaccia.
If you have eaten and love the food in Italy, Eataly is worth coming to and reminiscing about the fabulous food and wine you experienced there.

Tried the tradizionnale (prime rib sandwich) with added provolone.
The panino was good, the cheese added a lot of flavour and it was filling.
Overall a bit dry as it lacked sauce or more olive oil and the beef was a bit too well done for my taste.
A bit overprice and waiting was about 12 minute after order on lunch hours

The half rotisserie chicken is prepared. It’s probably stored in the cooler waiting to be ordered and heated in the oven along with the side order either baked potatoes or brussel sprouts.. Is the chicken taste better than Costco chicken? I don’t know , it could be a close contest.
The chicken is so dried, I couldn’t finish it.

I don’t know why all the hate. We were skeptical to try it out because of all the negative reviews, but boy was I glad I did. The size of the sandwich we got was pretty decent, we ordered the procioutto and it did not disappoint. It was warm with melted cheese, very good. Now don’t get this wrong, this is just for mid night snacks in my opinion. I did not try the roasted chicken or the other more prepared meals, I just went for the sandwiches and those I do recommend.

Incredibly overpriced for what you get. A whole rotisserie chicken, split into two boxes and a side of potatoes, with tax and no tip is $29! (9/24/2021)
Chicken was so dry that I ended up tossing most of it. I have Celiac so chicken and potatoes were literally my only option for a meal.
Menu isn’t labeled as far as what’s gluten free and what isn’t, which is ridiculous.
They had already run out of many of the fried items by 8 PM that people in line ahead of me were trying to order. Before I had my Celiac diagnosis, I’ve tried their fried items, which were just meh.

The sandwich we had was really good. The arancini was okay. But the sprouts were rock solid & inedible, they also had mustard in them without mentioning so that’s not great. There is a lot of choice here, if you’re after a sandwich then this is good, but I would look around for anything else.

I ordered the Prosciutto Cotto Panini and I loved the tenderness of the meat as well as the crunchiness of the bread on the outside and the softness on the inside. Service here was much better than service at other places in Eataly, but could have been better as well. The atmosphere is pretty cool, I like the food court feel of all the different italian places and it’s definitely super cute! Also shout out to our server Miguel for being one of the nicer servers my mom and I experienced in Eataly today!

I’m sorry to give a bad review but I do it because I hope it will be better in the future.. I had a bad experience, I ordered the focaccia sopressata sandwich, the bread looked like a sponge super soaked in oil, the lady at the cash register was stressed and rude, I asked if it was possible to reheat my bread and he said no, the strange thing though is that before I ordered I saw another lady who works there in the same place who was reheating the same thing I ordered, she has an oven electric they weren’t busy, there weren’t many people around in fact there was no one there when I ordered, so they could also heat up my sandwich. but that’s fine so I’ll never go back to them again.

Average pricing compared to other places on the strip. Food was good. Mortadella and Prosciutto Cotto seemed fresh and wasn’t dry at all like other reviews. Dining area was clean and wasn’t to busy on a Tuesday around 2pm.
