I ordered a large black cold brew and was asked if I wanted it “hot”. I reiterated I wanted a cold brew black and was served hot coffee diluted with water and ice that looked like weak tea and tasted exactly the way you’d expect it to. Also, I wasn’t given a straw. Do not come here.

I’d usually come through the drive-thru and the team would be decent. However, this morning, a team member greeted me in the worst way possible. She said, “Ma’am, can you hold on a minute?” with attitude and it honestly hurt me to the point where I drove off.

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. After drinking half of my coffee, I noticed roaches crawling on the inside of my cup. It was horrifying to realize I had been drinking from that cup. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of this location. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to stay away. This kind of negligence is dangerous and appalling

I’ve been coming to this dunkin for a few months now and have never had a single complaint. The Employees are always so sweet and go above and beyond for their customers until recently. I came by to get a refresher and I asked if I could substitute oat milk with whole milk since i’m allergic and the employee with pink hair and a lot of piercings refused to substitute it with whole milk. I’ve never had this issue before and I am very disappointed with the customer service with that employee.

I go to this specific location EVERY morning! They make the best coffee and the staff is so sweet. The drive through is ran smoothly and I always get in and out quickly. Regina is the manager at this location and she is amazing and keeps this location running efficiently! Highly recommend this location above all other locations in Dothan, Al.
