This place is amazing, I was a bit put off by the most recent negative reviews but decided to try it anyways. I’m glad I did, the Sonoran hotdog and drink / elite combo was delicious. My wife got the chili relleno hotdog and loved it. We got the chorizo and cheese fries on top of it, we found out that was too much food for the both of us but didn’t care, it was freaking bomb!!! Loved it and definitely coming again!! You guys rock!!

Great vegan tacos. You know they are great when your meat-eating friends would love them. Great texture and taste. One of the owners was at the front taking orders and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Worth checking out whether you’re a meat eater or vegan. Something for everyone and excellent!

Empty inside and the young lady at the front desk was eating. She was very annoyed that I came in and that I was placing an order versus a called in order. Horribly unpleasant and very difficult to place an order. Please turn her personality around or fire her immediately. She’s killing business.
Food – mediocre but you can tell they made their own sauce and wanted to make a unique taco and sonoran dog. Carne asada was mostly fat so it was mostly inedible. Very disappointing. The chef/cook that brought my food out was very pleasant though.
Very very expensive – two tacos (I ordered 1 taco) and then 1 sonoran dog was $24.

My partner and I ate from the Black Top Grill food truck yesterday and the food was amazing. I’m not even a corn eater, but the dang street corn has made me do a switch over! We had a quesadilla and Vampire Tacos and both had so much flavor and packed with ingredients. I especially loved that sauce on the tacos and need for you to bottle that up and sell it so I can use it at home. Everything was so flavorful and hit the spot. We will be eating at the food truck and need to go check out the restaurant soon.

The drinks are so dang good and refreshing. Food is even tastier with great portions, that don’t kill the wallet. Very vigilant service with, fun nice, family oriented people. The atmosphere is radiating with barrio vibes and board games to play with your family while you wait, and great music. I’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you

I will start by saying, I wish this joint on was on the southeast side in Vail. I would be eating here weekly.
It is a place where you order at the register but they bring you the food. Super cool vibe inside, in fact I was mesmerized by the floor. My husband and I ordered a bunch of stuff off the menu. The guy taking our order was incredibly friendly and nice. They have some really different items on the menu which I loved! We ordered the Mexican Street Corn Dip/Chips, a Sonoran Dog, Mango Quesadilla and the Vampiro Tacos w/Elote. Every item was delicious… particularly the Mexican Street Corn Dip and the what has to be homemade chips that went with it. My husband loved his tacos and the flavor of their salsa. My Mango Quesadilla was the real treat as I would have never thought to mix mango/jalapeno with asadero and cream cheese into a flour tortilla but WOW. The hotdog was good, but did not blow my mind like the other items — I think I should have went for that Shanghai Dog as that actually looks reallllllly good.
We took a chunk of the food home and it reheated incredibly well in the air fryer. We will be back, not sure when since it is a hike for us but it was SO worth the drive.

We came here for dinner the other night, and we were pleasantly surprised. We tried the steak vampiro tacos and the elotero hot dog with fries. Everything tasted great and fresh. You can taste the care and pride in their food, which is pretty rare in this town. I can say I’ve never had a hotdog like this one, but the combination of flavors on it was incredible. The atmosphere is on point in the dining room. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for great food.

We ordered two Sonoran Dog and their Texas casadila along with their mechalada. Non of the food looked anything like the photos. The dog just has a piece of bacon next to it and not wrapped in it. They had no peco on the them. The mechalada was just a beer with a couple of pieces of mango in it. In their photos the rim has chamoy on it but our didn’t have anything on it. Would not wreck amend.

Excellent! The Sonoran dog would make Güero Canelo jealous (you have to be from Tucson to understand!) The Vampiro tacos were amazing! Fresh salsa is great. Definitely be back for a Texan Quesadilla! Mmmm!

I bet you read the reviews for this place and thought this was a no brainer. Unfortunately, I’m here to let you down. Maybe it was an off night but this place was not it. We ordered the two vegan tacos, elote fries, fish tacos, and onion rings. The vegan tacos had measly portions, to say the least. it was all shell and no filling. Unfortunately, we thought, “hey can’t go wrong with onion rings” wrong. Soft and undercooked. I guess the fish tacos and elote fries were okay. Although the elote fries might have just been called “french fries with some roasted corn sprinkled on top”. Mostly we’re upset that we spent so much money for the most mediocre food we’ve had in a while. Unsure why the reviews are so glowing.
