It is hard to assign the number of stars for this shop today. For years, this has been my favorite bakery. I had always ordered either the Black Forest cake or buy the Tiramisu cake from them. Their cakes have always been a hit. However, yesterday (1/24/26) I picked up a Tiramisu cake. I am most surprised and disappointed! Instead of the cake being moist with the coffee flavor I was expecting, I had a dense cake with a sour cream flavor! What happened? Did you just change the recipe for the Tiramisu? If you wanted to try out a new recipe, you should have never sold it under a name of another familiar cake and shock the customer into consuming a flavor that they were not expecting to be eating. It’s just not good business practice to do so.

Great selection, friendly staff, was waited on very quickly even though it was busy. This bakery is located behind a gas station in the shopping center, So a little hard to see from the road. There’s parking available close to entrance. I am not from this area, working in healthcare for three months locally and found this bakery online, it came highly recommended as one of the top bakeries in the area. I Purchased a birthday cake for my wife that was of white and chocolate mousse. They offered to add a name or decoration on top, but I thought the cake looks so beautiful as is so I Brought it home and just added some candles and it looked amazing. We tried to cake last night and it was truly amazing. Honestly the best cake I have ever purchased. It had a top layer on creamy smooth icing then a layer of chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, white cake then a layer of white mousse. First thing I noticed when I eat this cake is that all of the flavors blend so perfectly and nothing overpowers the taste of the cake. Sometimes you can have a really thick sweet icing and it just stands out but this icing on the cake is not like that it blends perfectly and every flavor can be tasted. I purchased this cake on Wednesday and kept it in my refrigerator until my wife’s birthday on Saturday and it was so good. The cake melts in your mouth and I’m not exaggerating. I was a wedding photographer for 30 years and I have eaten wedding cakes at more than 1500 weddings plus other birthdays and celebrations and I honestly have to say this was the best I’ve ever had. I did not special order the cake it was just available, walked in and purchased it and walked out with in five minutes.

Horrible customer service that does not make up for the only two items that are worth going to this bakery. The marble cake and the chocolate cake are amazing. We have done many many custom orders and Connae is a horrible person to deal with. She is very very hard to get a hold of and ALWAYS texts so late at night to collaborate. The cakes come out amazing design but then the writing is like scribbles on the cake. Family loves these cakes so I am forced to order these as it’s their preference. I hope they take criticism and improve.
The people attending the register could be doing anything in the store to keep it up even mopping and will serve customers WITHOUT washing hands or wearing gloves. This should be a crime to handle food without proper care. I don’t want to imagine how they are behind closed doors.

I ordered a custom cake and custom cupcakes for my dad and sister birthdays. I picked them up today and they turned out exactly how I wanted. They are a bit pricey but that is to be expected at a bakery. The baker and the decorator did a great job. They bake the cake a day or two before and then on the day of pick up the ice and decorate the cakes.

Extremely disappointed/ unsatisfied with my recent encounters with Flowers bakery!
On two occasions they’ve left much to be desired. On Thursday was my daughters birthday and when we called to pick up the cake early they said the cake was set for next week, when it was explicitly set for the 20th not the 27th. They provided usaba cake with frosting that felt stiff. After this happened I called to make sure the same didn’t happen for the cake I had ordered for her party. They assured me that it wouldn’t happen. Sunday the 23rd I call to confirm my pick up time, they say they have no orders for me but guarantee that they can have the cake I asked for in time.
When I arrive at the bakery they did have the cake ready. Later when it’s time for the cake to be cut it feels like I’m cutting into a cake that’s been frozen, you can feel the iciness to it and the frosting is stiffer than it was for my previous cake. The pictures show this is not what a normal tiramisu cake is supposed to look like, nor the frosting. The taste was bland and truly didn’t taste like tiramisu either… I’ve always held this bakery highly but after this I can’t in conscious recommend to anyone.
