Celiac safe, gluten free! Charlottes bakery is a wonderful place to enjoy all sorts of home cooked treats and quiches. She does all the baking herself and is very aware of celiac and avoiding cross contamination. Her shop is located inside the Mercer Plaza toward the back on the right. Ended up ordering a second round of quiche and will be back tomorrow morning. Do yourself a favor and go hungry because there’s so many options to enjoy.

Chef Charlotte herself is a treat. I couldn’t be happier that I found myself here to get a gift card for a friend. And since I was there, I had to try it myself! I got a cinnamon roll and a slice of quiche. So very yummy and fresh, the both of them. There’s a small sit down area or take it to go! You can’t go wrong!

Must visit for anyone gluten-free! Hands down the best cinnamon rolls I’ve had. The dough is fluffy (even after freezing/reheating) and the icing is light and perfectly sweet. The sugar cookies were just like my mom used to make. Charlotte was lovely and the prices are some of the best I’ve ever seen for gluten-free.

The gluten free is absolutely amazing. It’s really hard to get good gluten free and it always comes out so good here. From the cinnamon rolls, to cookies, to the cakes you can’t get anything bad here. I’ve travelled to a lot of places and this is the best gluten free I’ve had.
