I went there early in the morning for breakfast. Everything was great but I didn’t get a receipt back. When I was about to leave I turned back and saw the manger putting the money in her bra.

I usually don’t have problems at this location. It’s the closest to my house. One of the meals I order which was the Wednesday meal I asked for double meat and double cheese. I tried to call the location 3 times and no one ever answered.

The food here is on point. The people that are working here seem like they are genuinely trying to provide the best experience possible. Facility is clean. I got the two for five Whopper Jr. With bacon and cheese, no up charge for the bacon and cheese! French fries were hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Give the whole store a raise 🙂

Worst meal in a long time. I only wish I could attach pictures of my rock solid onion rings. Tried to call no answer. I will be returning my rock hard onion rings in am. I was going to return whole meal but family was hungry enough to stomach it. I wasn’t that hungry. Yuck.

Was greeted very nicely at the drive thru, my food didn’t take long at all. The person at the drive thru was nice as well, and was considerate of the sauce I wanted. My food came out really fresh the fries were salted good. I’d say I had a good experience there.

Sitting at the drive thru window without service, greeting, or slight acknowledgement for 10+ minutes. Only one car in line. Awful service. It’s no wonder that this BK is barely standing on its last leg of hope for business. Just like Pericos next door, the food was excellent, but the service was awful… So, business fell and they shut down. Looks like the business investment in better service isn’t a part of the plan for this crumbling BK site. 2-23-24 7:30am.

This place SUCKS now. If you speak English do NOT try to order here. They used to be the BEST place to get fast food in the south valley. Now they cannot get an order right. Ask for cheese, and get a sandwich ONLY CHEESE. Are they that bad at English?? I mean 5 times in a row now they have managed to completely mess up our order. Tonight I told my wife to stay at the window until she saw correct food in the wrappers. Guess what? Had to be sent back through the window. She would have driven home for a 5th time with wrong food after being told it was right. They don’t speak enough English apparently to take an order in English. While I understand you have to hire some people that don’t speak English maybe, but in the DRIVE THRU???? Come on.

I adore this Burger King. I have not had a bad experience here yet! On my last visit, I had ordered a “Your Way Meal” which is essentially their value meal. I was immediately helped by the store manager and was handed my food within 2 minutes of ordering. The restaurant is always spotless and I much prefer this store over my home store on 98th.
