I visited your drive-thru around 6 AM on 10/08/25 and unfortunately had a negative experience with an elderly employee who was extremely rude. As a manager myself, I understand that mornings can be hectic, but it’s never acceptable to direct frustration toward customers. If handling the morning rush is too overwhelming for her, it might be worth considering whether another role would be a better fit. I will never visit this location again.

I had to pick up a bunch of travelers for a work event and staff here were so helpful. Someone helped me bring them out to my car. It shouldn’t be so surprising, but it was surprising to me. How easy and smooth the entire customer service interaction was. Pretty much made my day.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. It wasn’t even busy, yet the service was painfully slow. Two employees were just standing around chatting ( one name was Kai ).Completely lacking in urgency or efficiency. Disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

I typically don’t leave reviews however, I feel that it is necessary. I am a frequent guest at this location however, this location is extremely inconsistent with their drinks.The barista’s DON’T READ the drink orders entirely. Over the last 2-3 months my drink is rarely correct, its typically always missing something. So much to the point, when I go to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, I always tell the worker to be sure my drink isn’t missing “this or that”. As I get to the window I can see the drive thru worker picking up my drink, getting ready to hand it to me while also reading my order, he or she then goes back to correct the barista’s mistake. I get that Starbucks is a busy place however, it would make more sense to take the time out to read the order and make it right the first time. I’ve never been the person to ask the barista to remake a drink however, as of recently I’ve been doing so. I spend way too much money here to leave unsatisfied. I’ve even had a worker say “I know you’re here often and you’ve been coming in lately to get your drink remade.” as she offered me a $5.00 gift card for the inconvenience. While I appreciate the gift card, it doesn’t suffice for the amount of times my drink orders has been incorrect and if this is something you acknowledge, then maybe additional training should be done for the baristas. Also, I always place mobile orders ahead of time before going into work, the point in doing so is so that my drink is ready to go when I get there, otherwise I would just go in or wait in line. If you can’t move quickly and do your job correctly, then maybe slow down or work in an area you can handle!

I really wish this location would get it together. This is the closest one to my house and my daughter’s favorite place but they can’t get it right. Service is terrible. No urgency. Even been here a few times where they forgot to even make my order? I go to Starbucks all thought the country and this one consistently disappoints. Also why would I tip someone BEFORE service is rendered?

We ordered an iced latte that we always do at other locations and this came out very bitter. They would not make a new one but only offered more syrup and milk which didn’t help. They should remake it rather than charge us for a crappy cup of coffee.

The gentleman at the window had his hands all over the top of my lid. He was not the one preparing my drink but the one handling cards and cash. I had to wait until I got to my destination to enjoy my drink because I had to pour it in a different cup!

this starbucks CONSTANTLY gets my order wrong every single time. they don’t ask questions about what you want they just give it to you. the other day i went to get a replacement drink because the day before i ordered from the app and they got it wrong. when i was getting my replacement they didn’t even ask to see the order details and gave me the wrong size. i ordered a venti and they gave me a tall. i just left and i had to get ANOTHER replacement drink because they got it wrong again.

See anything like that worst on organized Starbucks. I’ve ever been at and I’ve been at several even deal with one on a regular basis. Waited 30 minutes for 2 ice coffees with nobody know what’s going on. Finally had a ask somebody 3 × 2 get our order will never stop here again. Needed your back together with what your charging for products not a happy customer will never return here.

Knowing this place is known for being slow, i placed my order at 9:54 before I left my house. Got to Starbucks around 10:15, and my food was ready but my drinks were not. I waited a few more minutes and gave my name and asked about how long is the wait. I was told “I don’t know.” As it was getting close to time to take my friend to work, I asked again and was told it should be ready in a few minutes. I left, took my friend to work (less than 5 minutes) and came back to the drive through. They handed me my coffee and it was COLD. when I asked how long my coffee had been done because I waited almost 40 minutes for it, it was just shrug off. And with an attitude I was asked “so I guess you want new coffee?” This place will never see me again. I was so frustrated that I didn’t even make sure the food was correct until I got home. It wasn’t. I will just have to go out of my way to another location if I want starbucks.
