We ordered a small pizza and it had hardly anything in it. Very upset and have never encountered this. Buy pizzas three time a month. No more. I understand inflation but you increased your price and cut back on the toppings!

So disappointed in this establishment. States they close at 8 pm, which is already earlier then any other papa Murphy’s, went in at 740pm, 20 min before they close and was told they were done making pizzas for the night. I politely stated that there hours are posted that they were open til 8pm. And was told again they were not making any more pizzas. So I asked what time they stopped and was told 730. well then they need to say they close at 730 then. Cause when I go in a place and they are still open I expect to be able to do what I went for. Not be told they are done for the night. No, you are not done until that door is locked and costumers are gone. Go to any restaurant and they will serve you right up till that magic time that they close. Except for this store that has lost so much business.

Im sad that this location is my “home store” I absolutly love papa murphys but this location hates it life. Service is rude and unfriendly and I am always made to feel like an unwanted burden just by showing up to pick up an order. Employees are consistently unfriendly and show zero care in presentation. The pizzas here are put together sloppy and leave a lot to be desired on the amount of cheese/toppings. As a Papa Murphys lover from way back when it was papa aldo’s.. Ive never felt they were chinzy on toppings at any other location. This is just literally the worst one. I place my orders and pay online, Ive tried drive thru pick up and in store, its always the same and I ask the very minimum for effort and its so clear they are irritated someone is in their presence.

Best thing to do is drive into order. If you call your put on hold and no one ever gets back to you. Its been my 3rd time its happened. If I drive in ill have my pizza within 5 minutes

Tastes better, and way more veggies/toppings, than tradional pizza places. The price is great, but the pizza is greater. Win-win. Plus the staff are nice and it’s a calm and efficient atmosphere.

I was trying to place an order online at 7:20pm and then when I went to pay it wouldn’t go through. So I called and they said they were not taking any more orders even though they close at 8pm. I asked even though you’re still open for another 30mins and she said yup. They still wouldn’t make my order. No reason why other then no.

I ordered my pizza online to get in the drive thru. When I got there drive thru was closed so I had to park and go in. It was 40 min after I ordered and well after pick up time. The workers were so rude. They finally acknowledged me and said my pizza was 4th in line. I said I had to leave to take my kid to soccer so I would need a refund and the girl at the counter told me no. She said they didn’t have a manager there and could not refund my money. She said that the manager would do it the next day and I would get an email. So the next day no email, no refund and when I call no answer. Now I will have to go back in and deal with this. Rude to customers and everyone that was in the lobby seemed so annoyed. I will not be back to that location for food again. So disappointed and I feel like they stole from me.
