We ordered 2 pizzas bogo look my pizza was so dry it can be compared to dry dirt. I have never complained because the pizza is good normally. Today was a total zero. Please do better. Money is hard to come by. Now I can’t buy this brand anymore. Thank you

Honestly my experience with this restaurant was so horrific that it does not even deserve one star, but the system won’t allow me to give it zero.
Placed an order on line. Apparently the app did not register my preferences properly. I phoned the store to see how we could fix it. The young lady who answered explained that her manager was not in the store at the moment, but that she would phone him to ask him how to handle it. When she did phone him I was still on an open line and she had him on speakerphone. That was unfortunate because the level of nastiness in that person’s voice should never have been heard by a customer. As a matter of fact, it should have never come out of his mouth. I was literally called a liar because I was phoning in to say that the pizzas that I received were not what I wanted. He could have just politely said that he wasn’t willing to replace them, but that wasn’t enough for him. He was so vicious that it actually made me cry, which is not usually something I do. I was just incredibly taken aback at how nasty he was being over pizza. I told the young lady that we didn’t need to speak anymore because I was just going to deal with corporate. Apparently when the manager returned to the store he spoke to the store owner about the situation and was instructed to get in touch with me. When I returned his call you could tell immediately that he was not happy that he was being forced to try to sort this out with me. He wanted to know if I wanted a coupon, a refund, or for him to remake the pizza and send it to me. I told him flat out that I would take a refund because I did not trust them to ever make me a pizza and not spit on it or do something nasty to it. I said that based on how vicious he was still being during this conversation. He became very angry and said that their store would never do such a thing. I told him it was my turn to call him a liar because I didn’t believe anything that was coming out of his mouth. He sounds like a kid. He sounds like he has had absolutely no training on how to be a manager. He has zero customer service skills. He has a nasty temper that he doesn’t know how to control. Unless he is the son of the owner I don’t understand how he still has a job. If he was nasty to me than I am certain I am not the first person nor will I be the last person that he treats that way. I do hope that the owners of the store take the situation seriously and find an appropriate manager for their business. I do not like having to post something so unkind about anybody’s business, but I’m not going to sit back and allow myself to be treated like garbage by some kid who obviously thinks he is the elite and the customers are the peasants. As we were ending the phone call he said he was writing a little report and decided to say the words out loud as he was writing it. What he was writing was that the customer had ordered incorrectly. He had to get that last stabbed in. I did not order incorrectly and even if I had there was no reason for him to behave the way that he did. Close to the end of our conversation he became angry because he said I was cussing. I do believe I did let one word go through. Frankly he’s lucky I didn’t start the conversation out cussing. Because his attitude deserved it.
Let’s see how long it takes for me to get my refund. I definitely will be phoning corporate again on Monday. I have already spoken to some upper management.
If you want delicious Marco’s Pizza in the Sanford, Florida area I suggest you go to the one on Rinehart Road which is owned by a completely different franchisor.

We love new moon 1/2 price deals we look forward to it so glad they moved to Sanford. Our other choices in town were terrible. The sauce is good and the cheese is the real deal. I like that the crust is made in house daily as well. For me they get a big Thumbs up .

The hot Steak sub is a whole meal. It comes to you hot and ready to eat. Drips with steak, cheese and your choice of vegs.
Theirs is also our favorite pizza but not everyone is in the same mood so know there are excellent alternatives.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Marco’s Pizza in Sanford! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm atmosphere and the friendly vibe from the father-son duo running the place. They truly have a passion for what they do, and it shows.
