Food was amazing! My sister ordered a “the works” which was excellent! The manager with white hair was very nice and always checked up on us. A young girl at the register was absolutely amazing and so sweet. We had already eaten in the restaurant after she recommended the baked ziti , then we decided we wanted to place a to go order afterward for the road, and she took such great care of us. She told us about a special they had going on. She was patient, kind, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Truly great customer service thank you NYPD

We had an amazing, truly NY style pizza today at NY Pizza department! It was delicious .
The crust, sauce and cheese we the perfect combination of perfection! To top it all off, on Tuesday a medium cheese pizza is only $10!
Our server was delightful. He actually talked with us. So refreshing!

Not happy with the pizza last night we got.
Ordered pick up- large pesto (pesto only with cheese). Was charged for a chicken pesto minus chicken.(you would like the pesto and cheese would be the cost of just like a cheese pizza of pepperoni)
Everything was great placing the order. The lady did a phenomenal job, repeating everything back and making sure it was going to be a smooth transaction.
Pizza was picked up and brought to the house and we were very disappointed when we opened the boxes. The pesto was not cooked as well as the pepperoni pizza.
We ordered wings as well and asked for them to be extra crispy that was not the case.
After making the decision to call I spoke with Vanessa the manager and explained to her that the pizza was not cooked. The reply I got was not expected.
There was no apology. There was no offer of making a pizza. I was even asked if I tried the wings yet to see if they were cooked. I explained my concern that I at this point did not even wanna try the wings because this is chicken and if they are not cooked, that would make me sick. She said that she would reimburse me for the two pizzas and for me to let her know if the chicken was done.. ummm, nope.
I explained that I would take photos and also bring them down there the next day. So basically what I did was, I took the pizzas, had to actually cut the pizzas cause they weren’t cut through either and put them in the oven and finish cooking them.
The whole reason I ordered pizza was not to cook or mess my kitchen up. Now I have trays that I need to clean and utensils.
Big inconvenience it was. And let’s not forget about the price ( chicken pizza without chicken)

Thus place used to have amazing wings! Now they’re oerpriced and tiny. I ordered 12 piece bonesless upsate wings and I got 12 mini nuggie bites.

First off let me say this place is clean, cool vibe and super nice waitstaff. They have a spectacular lunch menu. I couldn’t believe prices. I got six cheese garlic knots plus a slice loaded with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, etc. and it was all less than $10.
I then found out every Tuesday they do a $10.14 inch pizza so I grabbed one of those to go. Great place for a party date night, etc. and the pizza was pretty fire.

My husband & I went here for the first time Friday & we enjoyed it very much. We got the pizza called Pizza Blanca and added chicken. We also got Penne a la Vodka which was also delicious. We highly recommend & we will return. Our server was very polite as well!

Pizza reminded me of my trip to NY. Pizza was thing, crust was crispy, and toppings tasted homemade. Just a perfect pizza. Wings also had a good taste and not saturated with sauce. Service was good but our seats were uncomfortable. Cushion a little worm out. Im sure not all are like this.I will make this place a norm and highly recommend it.

Really disappointed. Ordered 2 calzones and both weren’t cooked all the way, the dough was literally raw inside both of them.
We ordered one large and one small and they were the same exact (small) size.
And most importantly, we ordered one just with veggies and cheese, it was filled with ham. Very upsetting as someone who doesn’t eat meat.

I would like to say Nicolas (Nick) showed excellent customer service. He even wiped down the table once again for us even after explaining that was just the tables finish, but how he still took the time to take extra care of us was nice. He was very attentive to us and making our experience enjoyable! Thank you again!
