I go to this location multiple times a week… but this week, and a couple weeks ago, an employee, Liam I believe, is sagging so bad, he can’t walk. Not to mention, when he was going back in to clean off the ice cream that was all over the cup, he stuck his hands down back of his pants to his elbow to pull them up… grossed out… more to the story, but it was already reported to corp.

SHOUTOUT TO THE CLOSER(S) ON MARCH 18, 2025!! My boyfriend had promised me a treat for helping him with moving and we noticed that sonic was open for 30 more minutes. I meant to order to the kaliste saloom location near ambassador and instead ordered it to this one because it’s the one near his new place. We didn’t notice until we arrived to the wrong sonic at 11:46 pm and it was already too late to cancel the order and get a refund. In a moment of complete “screw it!” Energy we booked it to the correct sonic and arrived at 11:56. To our shock our food was still there, and we expressed our deepest apologies for keeping them waiting for us. Our car hop had the sweetest attitude and was awesome. Thank you!

I got home and was holding my food bag, my shake, and an old pizza box so I had to put my shake on the box in order to open the door. As I close it my shake loses balance and dramatically tumbles towards the ground. I tried to catch it, unsuccessfully, but it ended up on my coffee table and in the end I only spilled about 20% of the drink, if even. Solidly made shake, thank you

They get 1 star because unlike the other times I’ve been to this location, they were decently speedy. However, what the hell is this? This was my boyfriends Powerade slush. While drinking it, he said that there was a gritty feeling in his mouth and was immediately disgusted, so he let it melt and this is what we saw (you can see the bigger clumps on the bottom). We’ve reached out to Sonic on Twitter and Facebook to no avail.

Our green apple slush was more like lime juice with a squirt of green apple and the slush was melted. The burger was dry and messy. One of my favorite items on the menu is onion rings bc I know they are prepped every morning and they are just amazing.Well today they were not good. They were hard and tasted old. My boyfriend’s tater tots were the same way. The only reason I ate my burger was bc I was so hungry. He could only eat a bite of his burger. It’s just really disappointing bc we had been working all morning and we both were really looking forward to enjoying our lunch. Oh and I forgot to mention that I always use the app. For some reason the app would not let me order for that particular Sonic.

Every morning when I come here, it’s the same 1 or 2 people working the window. One is a woman and one is a man. And every time, they are so nice to me. Their kindness restores my faith in humanity. Being my first interactions of the day on days when I get breakfast, they sure know how to start my day out great. And on top of that, service is always super quick, and the food is always HOT and delicious. I love getting breakfast here!

Y’all my fried foods (popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks) tasted like it’s been marinating in DIRTY DISH WATER!! I couldn’t eat my supper!! This could mean that either A.) They have not changed the oil, or it’s CONTAMINATED!! B.) There’s a cross contamination or C.) Improper frying technique. I ordered food through door dash and the date is August 15th. I ordered it somewhere around the 9pm hour. I don’t want a “We’re so sorry for your experience” kind of response fro whoever controls the review page. I want an explanation as to why (based on other reviews I’ve read) has this store failed so many food and safety procedures?! It is not that hard to follow guidelines!! Half of my own resume is full of food handling jobs and its very very simple! You should not he serving people bad quality food or even using bad oil! If you wouldn’t eat it then DON’T SERVE IT! I want the manager to have a long meeting about food quality and safety with the staff that was working tonight at that time. Next time I have issues with my food I will be contacting health inspectors and corporate. Because next time it’s clearly a LAZY manager that doesn’t care as long as they get that paycheck! You should be ashamed of what you are serving to your customers that do keep you in business! Do better!

The young man that came out stated that they no longer have the Sonic cream slush for 1.99. I told him that it’s on the signs and in a running commercial. He went in to check he came right back out and said no. The slush is regular price . I paid for a large I ordered a small. I was tired of the bad experience and left and will never return!!! Incompetent!!!
