This little dive bar has some of the best steaks in Fort wayne! The ribeye is huge! The stakes are a la carte, but you can order sides. The only downside is because it’s so little, you have to wait quite a while for your steak. People are dining in and ordering carryout. Don’t expect to get in and out of there in less than an hour. However, it is worth the wait! Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

This is a great little hole-in-the-wall bar. We stopped in after hearing how great the steak night is. The steaks are great and a full meal for sure. Just realized that you will be charged for EVERYTHING. For example, if you get a baked potato, you’re getting charged for butter and sour cream. You want more butter than the tiny thimble of butter it comes with? You’ll see it on your bill. Our waitress was fine, but not overly friendly or brimming with personality. You go here for the food, not much else. But, the food Is worth it!

My first time here. I went because of all the reviews about the “best steaks in town”. I will say their salad is phenomenal and HUGE. It’s only $5, all their menu items are a-la-carte but the salad really wow’d me! The New York Strip steak was pretty good. I did have to send mine back because it was medium rare and I asked for medium well. Don’t judge me! They fixed it in a hurry and the steak was so thick and juicy. I was full after eating about 3/4 of it. All in all, it was a delightful experience that I really enjoyed!

I wanna preface this with, I’ve never written a review of a restaurant before in my entire life.
I’ve lived a few blocks away from this place for 45 years. I’ve been there maybe twice many years ago, and only for a few minutes.
Recently I was spending time with my son and was having a craving for something different, like steak and potatoes. So I decided to try this place, because it was very close to me, and I haven’t been there in over 20 years.
When we get there, I was shocked at how high the prices were. My son orders a fountain drink and is annoyed when he is told that he will only get one free refill. And then told that they won’t cook my incredibly overpriced steak well done (I don’t care what you think about that, I don’t like uncooked blood). I told her to just cook it as well as they are able to. I was in the mood to try something different. I also wanted my steak and potatoes and a bunch of other overpriced toppings to go. I was told there was a boxing fee of a dollar per box. Things like that kind of annoyed me as well.
I knew it was going to take a while for the food to be done, because they warned me that it could be up to a 45 minute wait, but I was willing to wait because I wanted to try something new. But after about 30 minutes my son started complaining to me that we could go somewhere else for far cheaper. So I decided to try and get ahold of one of the bartenders and ask if they had started cooking my food, and if not, I was considering paying for my son’s drink and going somewhere else.
After a while of trying to get the attention of one of the bartenders, who continually kept passing by us as I was trying to get their attention. I was finally able to ask them if they had begun cooking the food, because I was considering canceling my order, if they had not already gone through any trouble of cooking it.
She said that they had not begun cooking the food, and so I told her that I would pay for the drink and asked if he could get a refill before we left. The drink was already outrageously priced for not having unlimited refills, and was mostly ice anyway. She said that he could only have one free refill if he ordered food. At this point I was fairly upset, but I held it in as we paid for the drink and left.
As we drove away, my son probably heard more swear words than he’s ever heard come out of my mouth.
Suffice to say, I will never return to this establishment.

Great place to drop in for some food and karaoke, on the right night. Love the staff and patrons are very friendly. Great choice of Bourbons and other liquors. Definitely recommend and I will be returning very soon!!

Awesome special was 2 pork chops w/2 sides $12! Delicious very tender chops. The broccoli salad is good and friend had the Cole slaw and bought another to take home with leftovers. Their burgers are made from steaks!

We went to try the steaks. The service was very poor. Absolutely no personality and got a little snarky with us when we asked why we hadn’t gotten our food after an hour waiting. My steak was $27.00 and a baked potato was $3.50. Plus $1.00 extra for extra sour cream and .75 extra for extra butter…..PER PERSON. The steak was undercooked so I sent it back. It took another 12 mins to get it back. The steak had no flavor and was sort of tough. We will never go back. If I pay that mu h for a steak I better get a good one. Very, very disappointed with the food, the wait and the staff. READ THE REAL REVIEWS ON YELP.
