Placed an order online and the order was not ready when the time on the website said it would be ready. I waited way too long for my pizzas. They offered free cinnamon sticks for my troubles. I told them that was nice but if they could t get me my food shortly then I would prefer a refund since I solely picked this spot since the time to get the food would have been perfect. After all that I still didn’t get those cinnamon sticks. Lol I didn’t say anything. At that point I jist wanted out of there. Food was still good.

The food is amazing. The loaded cheese dipper is the best item by far. I have ordered from here many times with no issues but the last 4-5 times I have ordered the Pibb extras have been expired with the date June 4 2025 on the bottles. I even got sent a root beer instead by accident once and it was expired too. Other than that this place is amazing and I’m sure it is just a small overlook. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

I came in at 1:20 on a Thursday to get the buffet lady said they weren’t making any more pizza that was fine I got two pieces and went back up and they were taking it down 30 minutes before the buffet ended.

Ordered two large custom pizzas for NYE and they put meat on the vegetarian one. I’ve been back and forth with customer service for days and the general manager refuses to refund the incorrect pizza. Sorry, but a credit to come back isn’t enticing after such ridiculously poor customer service!

We order Mazzio’s delivery, Eaton at their stores literally 2-4 times a week. Always good.
Not today. I ordered a medium, thin crust, well done, extra mozzarella pizza. Paid $25 with tip and I get this. It also took almost an hour to get and I live .7 miles away from their store. As a loyal customer I deserve better than this. Everyone deserves better than this.

This is the 2nd times in 3 weeks I have ordered at this location and my pizza was over cooked, not just the top crust but the bottom, the first time I spent $34 with tip I got the New York 1 topping pizza it was so gross the kids didn’t even like it, I called and got a credit for the pizza only then order the Works yesterday same thing over cooked and it was suppose to be hand toss but it was so thin . I called customer service they offered to remake it and I refused, I don’t trust that these days, so I asked her to call the store manager and let them know how they keep overcooking the pizza, and when she spoke to the manager which was a female, she stated she remembered my order she took it out the oven herself, and it looked fine. So I guess I’m complaining for no reason I don’t want a credit. I don’t want you to remake it, so I’m just lying about how my pizza being overcooked! you can clearly see on the picture the crust looks hard, and the other pieces that I ate were darker than that, people these days can’t take criticism, this location has been going down, so I just won’t be ordering from Mazzio’s anymore . I don’t like wasting my money, nor calories on food that is not good.

The little old lady at the register bless her heart such a sweet lady ! Do not pay for the buffet during lunch unless you know they will make numerous pizzas . They stop making pizza at noon. Highly disappointed !! If they review there cameras they lost a big party and another group that also came in after I had visited the location and walked out .

I don’t know who was crafting the pizzas the night of Aug 14th, 2025, but they need to be recognized for their outstanding service and care for the food they’ve prepared. I worked a very long and hard day and my wife had a ordered Mazzio’s before I got home without telling me and when I opened the pizza box it was like I was witnessing a glimpse of heaven. The pepperoni pizza was made so well I don’t think I’ve ever seen a better pie. The slices were all perfect and the pepperonis were laid so perfect and portioned just right, made quickly yet efficiently. Upon that first bite you could tell the cheese and sauce was precisely and skillfully placed as well. The thin crust perfectly baked to a delicious crispy crunch on the edges with Zero air bubbles making it look so beautiful. Truly an outstanding masterpiece and such a treat to enjoy. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I couldn’t just let this pass without mentioning. Excellent job pizza guy or girl. Thank you so much for making my night that much better.

It is a good option for lunch buffet. No Mazzio’s near my work so have to travel to get to this one a bit. It is closest to North Tulsa for traffic.
They will make you the pizza you want on the buffet. Just ask when you pay them. Salad bar here is a little lacking compared to others but still a good option.
