If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for several pizzas to feed my family and they canceled my order because they said it might be fake.. all because I wanted to pay cash at the door. when we called to find out why they cancelled and expressed that we still wanted our order and that we are hungry they said you can come Into the store and pay. Screw that. They will never get my business ever again and I hope no one ever goes back to them. That is the most ridiculous thinking I have ever encountered.. they lost out on 100$ because of stupidity. Never again. Why have an option to pay cash on your website if you don’t want customers to pay cash? Or better yet why when called would you not apologize and say we’re on it and we’re on the way.. instead you not only wasted 35 minutes of my time but then tell me to come into the store for your convenience.. no way. I could chew through a stack of quarters right now.

Sara is an incredible general manager and truly the heart of this Papa Johns location. Every time I walk in, the place is spotless, the team is working smoothly, and the energy is always positive, all thanks to her leadership.
She’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about both her customers and her staff. Orders are always accurate, the food is consistently great, and you can tell she takes pride in running a top-notch store.

Ordered two large New York style pizzas, pepperoni and sausage, both were squished and rolled. I proceeded to call to get the pizzas replaced the manager sent two more and both were the exact same way. The delivery guy took photos of the pizza and went back to this location to show the manage the issue at hand. I proceeded to call again and the manager wouldn’t get on the phone and told an employee if wanted them to remake it I’d have to come into the store. I arrived at the location and waited 20 minutes before leaving and ordering dominoes.

Oh what a jolly good show Someone who I can only hope was one of your fine establishments delivery drivers went above and beyond whilst delivering my pizza and went as far as to give us a spectacular performance and started tap dancing right there on our doorstep, they showed amazing knowledge of the art of tap dancing. You could tell their love for it just by the sheer dedication, they even had freshly polished shoes straight from the cobblers. I was so impressed in fact that I gave them a tip consisting of $2.32 my babies and I had tears in their eyes at the end of the preformanse I will be definitely ordering again, god bless America

Found not one but two curly hairs in my food only two bites into my meal. the man making the food needs to take better care to not drop his hair in the food. I saw NO hair net on anyone. Ruined my entire meal- I’m not eating this.

I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location when I meant to use this location, Stephanie was very kind and helpful letting me know how to fix my issue. As I kept going back in to check on it (got notifications that was ready), but wasn’t, she offered to bring my pizza to my car, you are an asset to this company.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak papadia and it literally has a few sprinkles of Philly cheesesteak on it along with a little bit of onion and cheese. I called and was told that they use a cup to measure and every one of them have the same amount of toppings. Big waste of money! Just order a pizza.

Im not sure what the change is lately with this location but I order about twice a week roughly since they opened and with in the last 2 weeks around the 5 o’clock time frame I have made my usual order and they sent plates, napkins, and seasonings… this seems insignificant to most , but this tiny change has made my families pizza night way better . It came with everything I needed !! Great job guys

Very disappointed with my meal and attitude of the workers. When an order is messed up or incorrect, it dosent matter because everything is pre-portioned(WTH does that even mean, like yall still cooked it) With the amount of employees working they should be able to make a pizza correctly. The ladies working the front were also on their phones the entire time I was there, and very snarky. Will not order from this location again.
